This is the fourth time I have used the "Mystery 4* Hotel". You get a decent discount from their standard charge on the website... Go to the Plough next door (left out of the entrance) if you want cheaper beer (decent London Pride). I've also eaten there in the past and it's OK for "typical pub grub".

The hotel is a nice facility. It is convenient for transfer to the airport. We had an adequate dinner in the lounge. After cruising for two weeks, just a bit of food was perfect.

Good location adjacent to motorway link. Slightly impersonal, and the check-in experience could have been better - not enough staff to deal with everyone. Large groups of coach travellers take priority over individuals. However, good value overall, with pleasant, spacious rooms.

Hotel well equipped with a pleasing atmosphere,room well up to a high standard,concerned that a twin room had the beds so close together, and only one duvet provided and it took housekeeping an hour to provide a second duvet,but overall would use again.

The only negative was that my car was parked close to the building where the pigeons sit. When I collected my car it was covered in pigeon droppings which had dried and presented a cleaning problem. Cars should be parked more thoughtfully.

easy to find off motorway, would benfit from a complimentary shuttle bus though as this does add considerably to the price of the stay

Hotel was clean and organised would def go back but would give the food a miss. The restaurant was shut due to a conference so we ate in the pub. The food was dreadful and to add insult to injury it was expensive for what it was. Next time we would eat before going to the hotel

Hotel location and standard of the rooms were excellent. Hoppa transfer service was efficient and easy to use. Parking was problem free and the staff friendly and helpful. The bar food was expensive for the below average meal that was provided.

My main reason for staying was to leave my car for 10 days. On my return I was told the wrong car park and then when I did find my car (fortunately I had seen it when coming in to the car park) it was filthy. It looked as though it had been parked under a birds nest. Whilst I know that I onyl paid for parking it might be worth offering a cleaning service for pick up so that cars are in good condition. I had to actually clean my windescreen before I could drive away it was that bad.

The hotel was OK (bland!) but finding it was hell. It took me 2 1/2 hours and innumerable wrong turnings before I finally got there. Particularly frustrating considering I could see it but not get to it past that terrifying tangle of roads. I shall choose something easier to get to next time I stay near Heathrow.

Very easy to find off the M4. Plenty of parking. Very efficient staff who were always polite. Great value for money with 15 days parking included! Have already booked at this hotel again for next month

The check in process was slow. As well when I wanted to use the internet to look for details of a London show and to check in for my flight I was told they were out of vouchers for the internet so I could not buy any time. They offered no alternative. To me, it is particularly important that a hotel at an airport location have the internet available for travellers. When I mentioned this the following morning to the manager (he was not available the night before), he apologized and had the concierge do my flight check in on her computer. This should have been offered to me the night before.

The hotel could not be faulted for anything, other than the cost of extras. If you are going to eat in an on site restaurant, or have a drink in the bar, be ready to pay a heavy price. Our experience was half a lager cost £4, glass of wine - £6, Chinese meal - £29 per head. Be warned. Also, overnight parking will cost you £10.

The fire alarm was raised on the night we stayed - there was no explanation or apology given by the hotel staff for a disturbed night. When I left the following morning I paid a £10 parking charge only to find that the car park barriers were fully open -presumably because of the fire alarm and that I could have left without paying the charge as no doubt others did.
