The hotel was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean, and considering we were so close to the airport, there was no noise so we slept very well. We would defiantly use this hotel again, and would recommend it,

The whole deal represented excellent value for money. There were no problems at either end of our holiday, and we slept well. We found the car as we had left it, although it had been moved to a different part of the car park.

A double room for a night and 2 weeks parking for £59 cant be beaten. Excellent hotel, easy transfers to the airport. Helpful staff. We will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

My car had been moved to a position on grass under trees behind the staff quarters. When I arrived to collect my car the hotel had not been able to move it. They could not get into the car, the battery was flat - no electrics. The car was filthy, covered in pollen, catkins and bird droppings. I had to get an emergency srvice to start the car which cost £138. The reason the battery was flat - an internal light had been switched on and left on presumably by whoever moved the car from the hotel car park. I am attempting to get the hotel to reimburse the call out fee.

For the price of a double room you get extended parking (up to 15 days I believe) which even for 9 days works out cheaper than parking at the pink elephants etc of the area. No hassle transfers give you complete confidence you are going to be on time for your flight. Its a bargain if you intend to drive and park at Heathrow.

I don't think we could have got a better deal - excellent value for money and a stress free start to our holiday.

Reception was very poorly manned both on arrival and when I returned to pick up my car. The staff that were working did not seem to know the procedure for car parking, and on return they knew which car park my car was on, but not where that car park was located! I think further training is necessary. The hotel itself was great, although I found the restaurant vastly overpriced.

Really good value for money - room & 15 days parking. Transfer service starts nice and early and hotel easy to find off motorway. Would recommend.

Friendly helpful staff; hotel room was clean and comfortable; very close to Heathrow airport; 10 mins in taxi; good food, relaxing atmosphere; good place to unwind before flight.

Everything was fine with the service apart from I dropped my car off and it was very clean. When I collected it there was mud all over it. It had only been left for one week.

Value for money, close to the airport with an excellent transfer service, just what is needed after a long flight.

Good clean hotel, efficient and helpful staff, very close to Heathrow, no noise, we used a taxi firm obtained by the hotel, and they were very reasonably priced and they got us to the airport in 10 min despite the very heavy traffic on all the main roads, and the same when we returned, good ending to a very tiring day.

The check in and out was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the Hotel before and after our holiday and it was great not to get up too early for morning flight and have the drive home after a long haul flight.

Great gym, staff were friendly and very professional under some pressure upon my arrival.

Very modern hotel and our room very well refurbished. Would certainly use again at this value for money.

Helpful staff in the foyer did not really remove the irritation that the long queueing after a long journey generated. The shuttle to the airport was expensive too - a mere ten minutes for £4! Other hotels offer a complimentary service.

The entrance to the hotel is hard to find coming off the M4 and could be better signposted.

The week-end upgrade was good, but generally the hotel was so good that it would have been good without as well.

We had a very good stay in the hotel and it made our travel 100% easier. We are recommending this way of starting a holiday to all our friends.
