Excellent modern comfortable hotel. We were on the tenth floor, watching the planes land was amazing. Excellent value for money. We will use Simply Hotels again!!!

Hotel did not rate it's stars as bathroom needed cleaning, old sandwiches left in drawers of dresser. Reception was very busy with lack of staff causing long waiting. Car returned covered in bird droppings and dirt obviously left under a tree used for bird roosting.

It was clean, trustworthy staff as I had left my bag in the lobby and was on my way to the airport. member of their staff contacted the taxi service and radio through. On return to hotel, staff was waiting outside with my bag. Thank you very much and would re-book with you anyday.

A great hotel, with good lounges/public areas. Buffet restaurant for evening meal was good value. Parking was easy. Were unlucky with room. Air-con was not working, and all windows sealed. Maintenance supplied us with fans, but still v hot and stuffy. Were told that air-con system was being over-hauled, but hadn't done our floor yet. Took about 3.5 hours for a couple of extra pillows to arrive. Despite the negatives, I would consider using this hotel again, as I still feel we got good value for money.

A great hotel for the 1 night stopover either before or after your inter-continental flight. Easy to get to, easy to get from and good service for both the business and leisure traveller.

No problems at all, very pleased with hotel but would think twice about dining there for 4 or more people as too costly.

On check in one of our rooms the air conditioning was not working. It took a good while to get another suitable room. All in all though very good value and will definitely use your service again.

Since we were 3 people, it was more economical (and quicker) to take the recommended minicab service to and from the airport (£9 each way) than to use the Hoppa.

Good location if you're flying from Terminals 1, 2 or 3; but longer transfer journey if you're flying from Terminal 4. Queue of people checking out at 7am Friday morning - reception desk not fully manned.

Very busy hotel, good rooms, car waiting when we returned, concierge booked a taxi to go to terminal 4 -- didn't fancy the hopper bus and walking, but the cost was reasonable for 4 adults and luggage.

Near to Airport, hotel disabled parking near front door. Advised to use a taxi service to Heathrow instead of Hopper Bus, excellent idea for £2 more than bus and quicker and more comfortable. Will use again if we are are unfortunate enough to have to use Heathrow instead of our two provincial airports.

Clean comfortable room, ideal for a one night stay prior to travel, although food and drink at hotel too expensive. Reception staff polite and prompt, very courteous.

It was not a good day to travel with all the rain and floods. When I finally got to the hotel I was checked in efficiently and it was then great to be able to relax in my room. I used room service for my meal, which was quite good.

This hotel was excellent value - £131 for two rooms and 15 days parking! One of the rooms was an executive room, which was very smart, the other was a standard room and this could do with updating a bit. Having said that, it was clean, if somewhat lacking in amenities. Reception booked us a taxi to take us to the airport (cheaper than the Heathrow Hoppa for 5 of us), which turned up on time and was an MPV as requested. For a brief stay before flying off, I cannot fault this hotel.

Have used this overnight stay facility several times. Found it very convenient and useful. Price is usually very competitive if you take the "hotel not specified" option. Rooms have always been clean and tidy. Check in can be on occasion long.

It's a mistake to expect too much of hotels at Heathrow and the price, including parking, was excellent. The total experience of Heathrow these days is just dreadful and, by comparison, the Holiday Inn is a haven of tranquility. But the breakfast was almost inedible and I was repeatedly harassed by the Head Waiter who kept telling me that I hadn't paid for breakfast, although I had at check-in. The hotel gave the impression of being understaffed with pressure to extract as much from customers as possible. If I was from overseas, I would not have had a very good initial impression of the UK if staying my first night there.
