The parking was the only problem as it was very dark and very muddy.

The hotel is better than I expected, very clean and good facilities. The customer service was also very good.

As long as this option remains competitively priced I will continue to Stay and Park. It was stress free, Traffic does not affect you due to the bus lanes etc. The extra sleep in was much appreciated.

All very good value for money except the buffet dinner at HI for £20 per head(for 3 courses). It was not made clear that you could have 2 courses if you wanted and the food in general was not great. That said we were not forced to eat there-it was just convenient as we were tired after travelling.

No blankets in existence when requested. The 'tea' was disgusting & grossly overpriced for one teabag.

A tad more than 2 miles from airport terminals. My transfer took 20 mins. Otherwise very convenient and def good value with parking facility on site.

Excellent apart from no help when battery flat on car when I came back, so don't leave interior light on.

Would use again but would park on the tarmac rather than where long term are supposed to park. Very convenient for airport.

I cant praise the hotel enough as I had managed to get our booking dates incorrect and we were without a room until they helped us. The staff were friendly and helpful and the carparking was close; easy to access, 5 stars from us!

Definitely recommend this hotel and parking, although only gripe was that the long stay parking was not tarmacked and got muddy from the rain. Not a problem when it doesn't rain much.

Connection to airport via hotel hopper bus - separate charge of £4 per person each way. Would use again.

Room was a good size, good quality furniture and very clean. Reception staff helpful. We would stay again.
