I would definately consider using this hotel again if I was flying from Heathrow. Facilities were good but food and drink was a little too expensive.

Very good room. Fast Internet. Quiet. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

This hotel is great for staying prior to an early flight from Heathrow. The pool and sauna facilities are good and the rooms were fine. Parking is plentiful, but you will may to walk a distance with your bags back to your car as a silly one-way system in the car park operates. This is a minor issue though, just borrow a bell-boys trolley. The price when booked with parking is amazing, although the standard price of over £100 a night semes to be high. Meal prices seemed a little high but then im a northerner, so maybe not used to london prices.

I have only two negative, but important, things to say: 1. It would have been better for our pockets if the hotel had specifically made it known that you could book a taxi to the airport directly with them at a much better price than one taken from outside the hotel. I only found this out, purely by chance on our return(!)- and we got completely ripped off both ways to Terminal 4 (£25-£26 each way). Beware! 2. Better signage to the area designated for airport parking at the hotel - which wasn't the best as it was unmarked and either on chippings or grass. Also you can't bring your car round to the front of the hotel to load up your luggage as it's one way. Consequently we had to get a porter to load our luggage when we were dropped off at the entrance and take it through the reception area etc to the back of the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night before our morning flight at Heathrow. Our party was 2 adults and 2 children, the all you can eat buffet at the hotel was really good quality and averagely priced. We stayed in a family room which was clean and confortable. The hotel parking was beter value than parking at the airport and after our stay we were relaxed and ready for our long haul flight. The shuttle bus to the airport was on time and plenty of seats, I recommed this hotel and would stay here again.

My only complaint was that upon checking in our room had been given to a previous check in who had forgotten their booking confirmation. This took some time to sort out but we got a room eventually.

This is the first time we have stayed at an airport hotel prior to our flight and can recommend this. The hotel and parking facility was fantastic value for money. We also parked our vehicle for an additional day without chage. Very good service.

Food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced but drinks were excessively expensive. In the bar, the foreign staff appeared to not understand their duties. Several people had to ask if anyone was serving. On the whole we had a great experience. The opportunity of an overnight stay, together with two weeks' parking, alleviated possible delays on the M25 while heading to the airport for our flight. We will definitely do this again (although may not drink so much!)

The check-in procedure was very straightforward and I was able to get in the room very quickly.

the hotel is literally 5 mins from the airport but the buses took 45 mins to appear on the way back and 30 mins on the way out. So much for a 20 min regular service and then the coach driver tells you it will take 25 mins by the time he goes to the other hotels first. Painful-Pay the extra and get a cab

We found the timings of the transfers to the airport poor. 3 bus's to terminal 5 came to 1 to terminal 1. Otherwise excellent vale for money hotel.

The hotel is located close to Heathrow airport and is very clean and tidy and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a regular shuttle bus service to the airport and the option of 7 or 15 days car-parking included. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

By stopping at an airport hotel the night before a flight the stress caused by worrying whether traffic will cause a problem are eliminated. The cost is good as all that is needed is a place to rest your head for a few hours, nothing else and current parking charges are rediculous.

We had a lovely stay here was a nice start to our holiday. would only stay here in future and also have highly reccomended this to friends and family. Beautiful clean rooms and great swim and sauna areas, excellent service.

The evening in the hotel and 15 nights parking was cheaper than travelling to the airport by coach!!!!

Generally I felt very positive after using this hotel. I stayed there overnight before flying our for 2 weeks on holiday with my girlfriend. The location was very close to the airport, with the transfer only taking 2-3 minutes in total, although the transfer bus was slightly late collecting. All of the services and facilities in the hotel are very good. When returning to collect the car at the end of the holiday, the process to validate the car park exit ticket was speeding and hassle free.

We found the hotel very clean with helpful staff. Great facilities, though the bed was a little bouncy!! The rooms could do with having extra pillows available in the wardrobe area, which saves asking for extra ones. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

We got the room and parking at a very good discount, well below the going rates. There was plenty of room in the car park but we did go in the low season. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would advise not using the Irish bar, the food was mediocre and the msic annoying.

The hotel was of an acceptable standard, however, we did not eat at the hotel as it was extremely expensive. After a very long flight home, our transfer bus from the airport to the hotel did not arrive and having waited 45 minutes, called a taxi for our return journey back to the hotel. UNSATISFACTORY!

Very pleasurable stay. Hotel only £10 taxi ride from Terminal 3, leisure facilities were great, and the room was comfortable and clean. Would use again.
