Easy access to get to the airport, friendly staff, and clean and quiet rooms for a good night's sleep before a flight.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Heathrow for one night. Great Price for Hotel room and Parking (up to 15 days). Hotel in excellent location with very good facilities. Expensive to eat and drink in Hotel though so went out and found somewhere.

A very good price for a family room with 15 days parking included. Ideal for when you have an early start for the airport. Quick and efficient check-in. Leisure facilities available though we didn't have time to use them unfortunately.

Found the experience of staying overnight in the hotel the night before going on holiday and leaving the car for short term parking there to be a very good idea, and enjoyable experience. We definitely plan to do it again next time we go on holiday.

Only one thing, the extended parking was an overspill on gravel at Easter. I ended up with a screw in my tyre (I think it was hidden in the gravel) on my brand new Mercedes and after a long and tiring journey came back alone to a car with a flat tyre!! There wasn't much support for a woman on her own.

Real value for money! A good hotel where they really understand that you need to have lots of porters to help with luggage. Car parking was just round the back of the hotel and could not have been easier, and the cab to the airport in the morning took 5 minutes from when we ordered. We will be booking again next time round.

The whole experience was very good. Would thoroughly recommend it as a good start to begin your holiday.

The hotel had a good location, excellent sized rooms; I would highly recommend it to other travellers.

Good quality airport hotel only a short taxi ride from terminals 1, 2 & 3. Staff helpful and attentive, rooms well appointed. Well soundproofed - no airport noise. Beware eating in hotel as retaurants, although good, are somewhat expensive.

This is an excellent hotel. Very clean, and easy to find. Our room was great. Comfortable, light and warm. All food and drink avaliable was excellent. We will use this hotel again.

Food average, but value for money. Impressed with hotel - convenient for airport, very good value for two rooms plus parking.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to checking out. The only blib was they offered us vouchers for breakfast which in the end we didn't use but were billed for. I managed to straighten it out but it meant going back up to the room to retrieve the unused vouchers from the bin.

A function was on at the Hotel on the night we stayed. We could hear the music from the Band till about 1o/c in the morning. As we did not attend the party it would have been nice not to have been placed in a room directly over the function room. Also, once the party had finished there was alot of noise from people returning to their rooms. One couple decided to have a fight by shouting and screaming at each other!

It worked out cheaper to park and stay at the Crown Plaza than to drive down in the morning and pay for airport parking. I was waiting for the catch - bad room, lumpy beds, noise etc, but the package was not 'cheap'. Woke up refreshed and ready for my flight. Great hotel and value.

Very easy to find, staff friendly, room very clean. Really good deal if you plan to leave your car.

Overall, very good Hotel and service and good value, but we did not need to eat at the Hotel. Saw the menu and it looked quite pricey ie Pizza about £12.

A great, place to stay with extremely comfortable rooms, bath robes included. Would recommend.
