Can't blame the hotel or this site for the airport failings, but it was a nightmare in the dead of night to find anyone to help me find my bus stop back to the hotel & parking. It would be helpful if there was some instruction either on the site or by the hotel or even the bus driver about where to find on return.

Very well-organised parking facilities, ideally-placed hotel and room fine. One of the best such hotel/parking schemes and price reasonable for 10 days

For a lady travelling on her own, I found it a very comfortable, easy accessible start to my holiday, and with the transfers to the airport so frequent, even late at night, this was a trouble free, and efficient way to leave the country, knowing my car was safe, and that I would be collected on my return. The only remark that I would make is that my car was parked in a place on a rather uneven surface,and I had a little trouble getting in and out, apart from that everything ran smoothly. Thank you.

A comfortable stop over venue. Staff levels and efficiency at peak times is questionable, however for easy of transfer, and long term parking, this is a very good hotel, with quality food and beverages, and clean comfortable rooms.

Everything really great. However, I had thought that the bus to and from the hotel was a courtesy bus. This led me to believe that it was free. It was not - we paid £2.50 each way each. This did not spoil our stay just left us a little confused. Perhaps I assumed too much.

Overall this is a good hotel, transfers are frequent and on time. The only down side was the cost of food and drink. We found £15 for a breakfast to be too high compared with other airport hotels.

We live in the Midlands. An early morning flight from Gatwick has always been an extra pressure in the past but this hotel and parking deal actually added to our enjoyment. An excellent meal the night before; a smooth transfer and an easy car collection on return. Highly recommended.

i did not leave my keys with hotel as i wanted my car to be left in the position i parked it at the rear of the hotel when i returned i heard a number of people complaining about having flat batteries. this had also happend to me on a previous stay at the rennaisance hotel. if i wanted to leave my 45k lexus to be moved by someone i would have used the summer parking on site. it is important to me to not have my car moved once i have left it at a hotel which is why i booked the holiday inn.

because we had to travel a long way to the airport, it was nice to travel up the day before our departure ,relax and have a meal, leave our car and just hop on the bus to the airport, and coming back was just as convenient as our car was ready for us

Our room was larger than average with seating area and a sofa that could convert into an extra bed. The view from the window was unspectacular, but as we arrived late and had an early flight this was not a problem. We were supplied with the usual little extras that make a stay very pleasant.

The staff at the hotel where good, although when we arrived there was no disabled parking available and no one was there to explain or point you to the right place to park. Also came as a bit of a suprise when we hqad to pay for an additional days parking. This should have been done at the time of booking. Despite that, it was a great start to the holidqy.

I've stayed in a number of airport hotels and this one was beeter than most, and the extended parking service was especially good. I would not hesitate to use the hotel again.

As a late booking, the room was at the end of a long corridor that was being refurbished. Felt very isolated but I understand the reasons. Would use the hotel again due to its proximity to the airport.

The car park was very full when we arrived and were told to just leave the car wherever we could find a space. The car was lated moved and was perfectly fine when we returned. The room was a reasonable size and the breakfast very good. Would definitely go back

It was so much more relaxing and rather than just paying for a car park we opted to stay the night before our flight and leave the car with the hotel which cost only a little bit more than just the car park. Definately recommend it.

This is the first time we have used hotel/parking and were very impressed with the hotel with an excellent choice of dining facilities. The airport coach ran every 15 minutes with no need to book. We would use this hotel again.

Nice hotel, really impressed by the room for the price (£79 for one night plus 8 days parking!) - However, bar prices were very high as were the bar snacks, saying that the food really was excellent (I just had a steak baguette with onion relish but it was cooked to perfection!) It was really packed on return and my car wasn't parked where they said it was but a member of staff scoured the area for me, I found my car myself in the end. I wasn't aware I had to leave my key and someone would drive it somewhere else before booking but all was fine. Pity they didn't clean it! ;-P

No instructions at car park as how to enter, park etc as barrier machine look off needed to push button 3 time to bring it to life, speedy check in but receptionist told us the wrong bus time 6.45am bus not the 7.15am bus to be at the for 7.30/45. On returning bus came quicly, car collection was efficient but the car park is poorly lit and not an even surface made walking and rolling baggage difficult. On the whole would us again but would stop on route and eat elsewhere.

useful hotel serving a need for a one night stay prior to flying from gatwick, parking good,hotel functional, all that is required for the cost and I will use that hotel again

As advertised, clean, quick, available! and more importantly transfers were easy, especially the pickup at the airport - standard hotel coach pickup point (£2.50 each way). Would use again.
