very clean and tidy and about as close as you will get to north terminal with good transfer services

Great value for money, bar proces expensive but I guess that it consistent with Airport parking/hotels. The room was very clean and well maintained but the bed was very uncomfortable. All in all though great value.

We were after a hotel for 'Park & Stay' that is convenient for the N Terminal LGW and the Holiday Inn did the trick. The parking system worked quite well and the accommodation was adequate, although I did feel it was a touch spartan. The transfer system worked well although I did not feel that the online advertising made it clear that there was a charge for this.

Overall really good value parking deal and much better rooms and food than I remember from using this hotel about 5 years ago. Just one thing to watch for - the first room we were given overlooked the bar / restaurant roof and there was a constant noise from the air con / extractor fans for these facilities. We went back to reception and were given a better quiet room - but check before you unpack!

Food was fairly expensive. Drinks exorbitantly priced. We waited abou 45 mins for airport transport back to the hotel. All in all we would probably choose a different hotel next time.

We found this option of park and stay prior to our holiday a great assect we had no panic with the time to travel from home to the airport No worry about taffic jams. The tansfers were run smoothly and on returnn we only had a few minutes to wait for the bus.

This is the first time I have used this facility and I have to say that it was a wonderful stress free start to our holiday. Parking was extremely easy and on the hotel site, and the transfer to & from the airport was simplicity itself with everything running to schedule. The dining was a bit on the expensive side but I would expect that in an airport hotel.Also I have to say that I booked this hotel on the basis of previous customer reviews. Will definitely be using this hotel again,

Easy to book online. Well located for airport. Easy to find. Good car parking facilities and airport transfer. Clean well equipped rooms and good facilities. Recommended.

I felt the food offering was overpriced aimed at a captive market with nowhere else to go, portions were too big & both my mother and i would have preferred a smaller portion at a more competitive price!

This was a plesant Hotel, near to the airport. It was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. Our transfer to the airport was quick and easy. I would use this Hotel again and recomend it to my friends.

by checking in the day before it takes all the stress and strain of whether you will get to the airport on time. Would highly recommend it.

Apart from finding it quite difficult to find a parking space when we arrived everything went smoothly. Good hotel service with frequent transfers. Would use it again

on arrival we found there was a booking problem, your receptionist sorted it out straight away and we were given a upgrade. the transfer service was one of the reasons why we booked, and it worked very well.

Nice and handy for Gatwick Airport. Good rooms, safe parking. Well pleased. Will use it again.

Really nice having parking right at the hotel, and very short transfer to and from terminal. Have tried the more remote ones, but nowhere near as good as this one. Nice bar and restaurant as well.

We had to pay an extra day because of the flights but we paid only half the rate as nobody explained to us that this might happen most fair we thought, so all in all a most satisfactory stay and yes we would be back in the future Thankyou

I will using this hotel and parking facility for all future flights from Gatwick
