It took the strain out of our journey, leaving us refreshed for the pending flight. We shall certainly use the service again and again.

The airport transfers were brilliant. So frequent that you did not have to worry about getting to the airport on time. We would certainly use the Gatwick Holiday Inn with parking again.

Good clean hotel, staff very helpful, near airport, parking on site so no driving to a car park first, frequent courtesy buses which do cost but only £2.50 each way. Stayed here several times and would definitely recommend.

The main problem was the noise. There was a regular disturbance due to doors banging as people came and went. Suitcases were dragged along the corridors and alarms went off intermittently. I was unimpressed with the way my car had been parked on an uneven surface. The airport bus was late for the pick up. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel, very helpful and efficient staff. Transfer to and from Gatwick was quick, and car was waiting to drive away upon our return. Overall a stress free and efficient stay, thank you.

We had a very relaxing start to our break at the Holiday Inn, the room was clean and fresh and the food we had was fine. The onsite parking was excellent I even had my car valeted! and it was back waiting for us when we returned, much better than a previous experience with another Gatwick hotel where the car park was a 15 min bus ride away!

Takes a lot of the stress away. No M25 fears on day of departure and car is readily available on return.

Holiday Inn, Gatwick was very clean and the transfer time to the airport is only a few minutes. The buses run on a regular basis, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast in the morning.

We stayed at the end of our holiday. This change to the usual arrangement was arranged with no fuss. The hotel was good and clean; the only complaint we could make was that the food is rather expensive and the transfer bus cost £2.50 per passenger each way. Overall a reasonable experience, but only represents value for money when taking the value of car parking into account.

The experience was everything I expected/hoped it would be. No complaints at all. I wanted efficiency/reliability/no queuing, and that's what I got.

The carpet in our room was a bit worn, but the room itself was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen lovely and white. The bathroom was absolutely sparkling clean - very good value for money.

There was hardly any room left in the car park when we arrived and I was directed to park in what can be described as muddy puddle.

When arrived I struggled to park my car but that was the only issue that I had with my family during the overnight stay. The room was excellent, breakfast was a good start to our long journey ahead of us.

The check in, quite late at night, was quite busy. There was no obvious place to park the car and we drove round a couple of times. We eventually parked on the access road and enquired in Reception, then had to move it to a verge at the back of the Hotel. The room was clean and the facilities were good. Our room was a triple and comfortable. We left before breakfast was served, even in the room. The coach was operating when we left in the morning as we were too early and we took a cab to the airport. The last hotel near Gatwick I stayed in didn't make a charge for the coach so when we arrived back late at night this time it was a surprise to find there was a charge for the coach. It was the same price for the three of us to take a taxi, so we did!

Easy to park, clean and comfortable. I could not work the remote control for the early morning wake up.. I would like them to call on the telephone.
