We had a travel cot in our room as we had to request one but it wasn't properly made up and was uncomfortable for our son but overall no real complaints as I'm sure this was just an oversight.

Only complaint was concerning 'hidden costs' not pointed out at time of booking. For example, it was not pointed out about an extra days parking fee as you are staying in the hotel overnight. There was a charge payable to the transfer bus. I believe ALL costs should be out in the open and up front. However, despite these extras, it still works out very good value.

The hotel is close to the airport and the bus transfers are quick and easy , and also start running early enough to catch the first flights out.

Made the start of our holiday less stressful as we were able to drive down the night before and get a reasonable nights sleep without having to get up so early in the morning. We were able to have a shower and start our holiday refreshed

There was a marked difference in cleanliness, comfort and general condition between shuttle coaches used in UK with those in USA - the UK coaches were far inferior. It was also noticeable that drivers in the USA were courteous and helpful and offered assistance with baggage stowage and removal.

We have been using the Hotel including parking for years even though we only live 1/2 from Gatwick and 1 hour from Heathrow and Stansted as we like to guarantee being at the airport on time. It also seems to make the holiday seem that bit longer.

We stayed at the holiday inn and we couldn't fault it at all everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were very pleasant i would definatly book to stay at this hotel again

Hotel was pleasant and good value for money especially with the parking included. Would stay here again if travelling from Gatwick.

Found the staff very helpful and they could answer all my qustions or found someone who could. The room was pleasent and airy. Having payed for my room and car parking i was a little miffed at having to pay for the bus to take me several hundred yards up the road.

Great value for money hotel with onsite parking. Excellent,clean rooms with great restaurant and bar serving good food. Stayed twice now and will continue to do so. Near to the airport with regular 15 min transport. Staff are friendly and hotel runs smoothly.

Offers value for money compared to just paying for parking. Airport transfer bus runs every 15 mins and goes direct to and from the terminals not via other hotels and the bus wasn't over crowded.

On arrival we were checked in very quickly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was fine, clean, fresh and tidy as you would expect from Holiday Inn. The service in the restaurant was a little slow but again friendly staff and adequate food for the money. The shuttle to the airport was prompt although having paid for hotel and parking it would have been a nice gesture for the shuttle to be free of charge. On our return, it was quick and easy to collect car keys although the car had been moved to another space so it took a few minutes to locate it in the 'area' it was placed. Over all very pleasant.

Upon arrival, first impressions when driving up to the main entrance were that of disappointment...Exterior looked tired and a little dated, However, is completely different inside. The lobby area is clean and fresh looking as is the bar and restaurant areas. Reception staff a little abrupt and unhelpful but really didnt bother us as we were only there for 1 night. Overall a great hotel as an airport stop over with parking!

Excellent experience. I'd had a flat tyre when I returned. The hotel staff and especially the manager couldn't do enough to help to get me on my way with minimum inconvenience

We had a very good stay at the hotel the night before we flew and our car was ready for us on our reatun. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay warm and welcoming.

we got back from our holiday and waited for the bus, we were charged either £5.00 sterling or 10 euros, not having our english money to hand i handed over 20 euros for 2 tickets, and i received £5 sterling change, i questioned the driver about the charge and with the help of anna (driver did not speak much english) was told that that was the policy. no notices to that effect was in sight. at the time 20 euros was £17.44 so 2 tickets should have cost 6 euros. i think the hotel should tell the customers that the bus company is ripping customers off and advise them to purchase return tickets from the hotel before they travel

No hassle stay. Very convenient for both North and South terminals and it saved me driving round the M25 at 5 in the morning wondering whether I would make the flight on time.
