Good place to stay on the night before your flight and good value for money parking.

Hotel room very tired needs updating the bedding ??? wouldn't want to spend more than one night and although everything was fine with the car when we got back there was no security to check on the car park etc.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Transfer to and from airport excellent. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. Will certainly use again. And the price was right!

The hotel needs smartening up, but it is cheap and it was only for one night. Beds are desperately hard and sheets although clean need replacing; ours had holes in them. Breakfast (optional) was good plus the transfer to the airport was quick and efficient. All in all a budget hotel and fine for one night pre-holiday.

We needed parking and somewhere to get our heads down for a very early start from Gatwick. The hotel was clean and presentable without any frills. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. The meal was ok and good value. Parking was absolutely hectic and I ended up tucking my car away in a corner because the secure compound was all locked up with no-one to open it. We did not use their transfer service because we were too early. Good value and we would use it again.

This is a very good value for money no frills hotel. There are good dining facilities in the area although there is dining on site.We have never used this facility. On both occasions a taxi has taken us to the airport between 0100 and 0300hrs never charged us more than 7 GBP. Pick up from the airport was easy and quick. What more could you want!

Driving from Cambridge we found the hotel easy to locate. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Good food in the restaurant. Prompt pick-up to Gatwick Airport. On our return was some delay in pick up from airport, but this was mostly due to extensive roadworks near to the hotel.

Restaurant made Fawlty Towers look good. I asked for a wine list. It came, and looked reasonably priced with a good range. Sadly, they didn't have any of it in stock! The choice was red or white. But they still let me see the list!!! Breakfast was pretty poor too. Choice of cereals, toast and that's it. Car to the airport was an old volvo and back a minibus that we couldn't put a child seat into. It was cheap, though...

This hotel proved excellent value for money. Very tastefully decorated in Italian style, and a big plus for us was that the car stayed where we parked it. We did not have to hand over our keys to enable anyone to move it if they wanted. We felt this was secure and worry free. Hotel owners very friendly and welcoming. Free transfers to and from airport without delay. Would stay again.

OK, the hotel wasn't a 4 star experience but it was clean and efficient and great value. The transfer to the airport left on schedule and on our return we were collected without delay.

The arrangements worked perfectly. No problem getting to and from the airport.

An easy to find hotel with lovely grounds and an ideal secure parking area (on open hard standing with locked gate accessed with key from reception). Airport drop-off was done on time by courteous staff. Airport pick-up was easily arranged by telephone to the hotel and again carried out efficiently and courteously. Up to two weeks parking for one price. After parking retain your keys. Overall an excellent service. I will be using again!!!!

The hotel seems to be run by people from another country; it just seemed very amateurish and haphazard. We will not be using this hotel and parking again.

In our case there was three families and only one car so required three trips so the last family waited over 45 minutes for transfer back to their car.

It worked very well for me...It meant I had a good nights sleep & was fresh for my morning flight out of Gatwick. My car was also locked away safely...I would use the Cambridge Hotel again.

As I've said, good value for money. Parking alone at Gatwick would have been 88.00 GBP, so 95.00 GBP incl one night & transfer to airport was outstanding. Only gripe was no one around in the morning to organise the transfer. This was left to I think a Polish guy, who didn't realise there was eight of us! So two separate trips, but still got there on time!!! Would use again.

I found the directions to the hotel easy to follow and the parking was excellent. The furnishings in the rooms were older, but our room was very clean. The transfer service worked out brilliantly for us! We will definitely use the Cambridge Hotel again.

Efficient reception and Parking. Impressed with Parking Security. Enjoyed an evening meal but breakfast was a disappointment. No one around when we appeared until someone returned from "Drop Off" duty. "Continental" was a few slices of toast, "Full English" a bit plastic. Good value for money as Hotel/Park arrangement and would use again.

Good budget hotel; very good service; will use again.

Adequate room, no traffic or airport noise, poor food, but transfers very efficient and friendly.
