We arrived, parked the car, handed over the keys and were immediately transferred to the airport. On the return journey the same happened. Courteous driver and office staff. Absolutely no problems. Would dinitely use again if we travel from Prestwick.

I have used the car park several times and always found the staff friendly and courteous. The only downside I have had was a flat tyre on my recent return - had the staff been aware of this and offered assistance or even informed me before I got to the car then my rating would have been higher.

The check in was efficient, within 5 minutes I was on the bus to the airport. Transport was clean and a comfortable size to accomodate the luggage and passengers. On my return to the car park my car was parked within easy walking distance. Staff very efficient and helpful.

Overall I was extremly happy with this airport car park. The whole service was quick,efficient and painless. The transfers were quick and the coach was waiting for us and had us at our car within 10mins of leaving the airport. I would recommend it to everyone travelling from Preswick and would definetly use them again. Great value for money.

Have no realy problem with Watson's and since I am going to be travelling regularly will be using them again. The only criticism is that I had to come home 2 days early and Watson's would not refund any difference. This would have been considered good customer relations given that I will be doing a lot of travelling from Prestwick in the future.

Travel to and from the airport can be a stressful time when all you want to do is get away on holiday as soon as possible with the minimum of hassle. Watsons service eliminated much of this stress and the knowledge that your vehicle was safe and secure in your absence was an additional comfort.

We will use this excellent, well handled parking operation again. Thank you.

The parking of my car, being taken to the front of the airport within a few minutes from the carpark and being collected immediately on my return was a totally stress free part of my overall journey. I'd recommend Watsons Ayr Park to anyone!

A very quick and organised procedure both going to the airport and returning.

I thought the car park was a bit far away from the airport but turned out not to be the case, I was probably loaded and in my car before someone who parked in the very busy main car park - and for half the price.

I booked 3 months in advance, but when I arrived at the car park there was no reference of my booking. This was quickly resolved, my car was booked in and everything went to plan from then on. Thank you, Watsons.

The bus drivers are rude and abrupt. Only take this service if you have a thick skin.

An excellent value for money car park with good links to the airport. On returning home there is no need to phone for a bus to collect you as the flight arrivals are monitored at the park. Buses are sent when required. No doubt I will use this facility again.

This was the first time we used the service and would definitely use it again. Great service and value for money.

No hanging about for transfer to and from airport (buses were waiting to collect based on flight information) and the people were very friendly and helpful. The road surface of the collection area is a bit basic and could do with improvement but it is still sufficient.

Easy, helpful way to start your journey. Peace of mind knowing car is safe. The drop off and pick up at the airport is excellent. Financially; Watsons Ayr park has the best car parking prices we've ever come across.
