Excellent booking arrangements through the web, promt confirmation with clear instruction and directions to the car park. All staff courteous and helpful. Will use this car park everytime we fly from Prestwick.

as we arrived at the barrier they knew our name and told us which spot to park at.bus to airport picked us up at our car.we were dropped offat our car which meant we could get the baby in the car straight away.we have parked at the airport carpark before but it took us longer to get to the airport as we had to walk in the cold with our children and luggage at much more expensive prices

Everything from us arriving at 6.30am. at the carpark and to our pick-up on our return ran like clockwork. We were picked up and dropped off right at our car. The staff were very friendly. We will use again.

Remember to keep the directions handy . I thought it would be right next to the airport and well signposted ! Its not . Dont rely solely on your sat nav either.

Having travelled from airports all over the UK, we found this to be the easiest to book and to get to and from the airport. It is so good to have the personal delivery to your car without having to struggle with luggage.

Car park is not far away from the airport, easy to find. Bus was waiting for us, driver helped us with our luggage, wished us a good journey. We were really pleased. Very good service for very good price. Highly recommended.

Good price for parking at the car park, with only a quick 3-5 minute bus journey to prestwick airport. On return the bus was on time and quick journey back round to get my car. No problems or hassle and i would strongly recommend to anyone as the price compaired to airport parking is much cheaper and it is only a quick bus journey away.

Always use Watsons when flying from Prestwick,the 10 min journey is worth the savings than the cost of parking at the airport.If people are going to be lazy, they deserve to be stung!

Although you need to get to the train station to be picked up, now that i know the procedure and why it is in place i would not hesitate to use watsons ayr park again as it is very near the airport.

When left car, in a rush as we had been held up and then I took the wrong road, not quite sure where to pick up the bus. A bus had just gone and we thought we would have to wait 15 minutes. It was excellent that another bus appeared soon after and took us straight away.

I am over the moon about the carpark experience as I realised when I was on the plane I had left a cheque on the dash board and had been such a rush to get my sister on the plane I forgot to lock my car.would have no problem leaving my car here again and would recommend your carpark to anyone flying from prestwick.

Car park was easy to find. Service by staff was fast and friendly. We were picked up at our car and dropped off again at the car meaning we didn't have to walk very far. I liked being able to take my car keys with me. Would definitely use again if flying from Prestwick.

We rushed to catch the bus on our return journey and the bus driver kindly waited for us. We arrived back at midnight. The bus driver made sure he dropped us off right beside our car. Would definitely park with this company again. Really impressed with the service.

We were not informed of the importance of holding on to our ticket as this was required in order to recieve a token to exit car park. I was ok as I kept my ticket, but there were other families who were away for two weeks and were finding it hard enough with kids and luggage that they could not remember where their ticket was and also were not told how important it was not to mislay their ticket.

very easy to locate.....getting to parking spot was easy and quick... hardly any wait for transfer to airport... the whole procedure was simple and hassle free....a pleasant start to the holiday.... on both the outgoing and return trips there was no wait for transfers,and the driver was courteous friendly and helpful with the luggage...and we were taken straight to the car.....

Was a slick operation. Minimum wait for buses from car park to airport. Drivers on both journeys very friendly and courteous. We liked the fact that you could lock the car and retain keys therefore able to leave valuables within the vehicle. Return flight delayed by several hours but no hassle or additional charge. Very good value in a safe and secure environment.

Easy to use,knew who I was before giving them the booking slip.Decent size parking space and you don't need to leave your keys! Only minus is having to go along the flyover and wait outside at the train station for pick up on return due to the bus not being allowed to wait at the front of the Airport (security reasons)

On arrival at the car park, we were directed to our space and a coach was ready and aiting to take us to the airport. The transfer takes less than 5 minutes. On return, we waited approximately 10 minutes, and exit was very quick and easy. Recommended.

Did not pay the extra £5 asked for in reception to ensure that we did not return to a flat tyre or flat battery,etc.But I was concerned about my car during our stay away.This should not have been the case.On return found car fine but the waiver did raise concerns.

A no hassel service, found all employee`s to be polite and helpful. Only slight problem, was getting to collection point on return from holiday. This was not easy,with 2 young children and sitcase`s, but was more to do with Prestwick airport and increased security not allowing buses into airport. Overall wouldn`t hesitate to use Watson`s again.
