Couldn't believe how quick, smooth and easy it was to find the car park, the staff were very friendly and we came out of the airport, onto the waiting bus and were in our own car within 10mins, excellent service, would definitely use this parking facility again, thank you.

Was worried about distance from airport but definately is only 5 minutes drive in tansfer bus, an excellent location for a car park! Very impressed with service as a whole, from booking to departing. Really liked having car parked near bus stop and exit rather than having to walk distance. Have already recommended car park to a friend and will use again myself in preference to any other car park.

Very quick service when dropping off car, coach left within 5 minutes and we were off to the airport. On return waited 5-10 minutes for the coach to arrive and it left 10-15 minutes after that. Car was near the portacabin upon return to the car park. Overall very good service.

From the time of arrival at Watsons Ayr Park we had no waiting time from checking car in until arriving at airport, as a coach was waiting to take us right away. The same on arrival at Prestwick after the holiday - the coach was waiting for the flight as indicated. The driver on both journeys was friendly and most helpful with luggage.

A good service with no problems experienced. Watsons do need to make their opening time a little more clear, as we were told during a telephone enquiry that they do not open until 5am. As we had to check in at 5am for our flight, this did cause some uncertainty but when we arrived shortly after 4am they were open. Otherwise a good service. Regards S.T. Ramage

The park was easy to find and well signposted. Very efficient service no waiting around. My husband left his credit cards in car and a member of staff brought it to him when he came back to airport with next lot of travellers. As you can imagine we were extremely grateful and would be happy to use the service again.

We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the drivers. They helped us on with the luggage, very important when you have two small children, and were smiley and friendly. Coming home the driver even reversed back, once we had set-off, to let another family with small children on.

Very good service when arriving at car park and only 5 minutes away from the airport. Bus waiting when arrived back at 12.15am but the only draw back was waiting for the bus to fill before departing. Arriving at car park service very good and quick considering a full bus.

Car was booked in quickly and we were transferred to the airport almost immediately. On our return two shuttle busses were sitting at the airport waiting for us and our although around 20-30 people were collecting cars we were dealt with and on our way within 10 minutes. Great service, friendly and helpful staff, will use them again in the future.

Highly recommend. Friendly, efficient service, hassle-free transfers. Also, the staff check your flight times and are waiting to meet you on your return. Any other long stay car park I have used requires a phone call to say you have landed, followed by a lengthy wait for transportation back to your car. Well done !

No time to wait for the bus going and coming back from the airport. The staff processed our arrival swiftly and politely. In light of the security checks that happened at the airport, and the fact that we were not allowed any hand luggage, we were aware that no one was being allowed on the planes with car keys, we were relieved that ours were at the car park.

Watsons Ayr Park was easy to book on-line with clear instructions on how to find them which was very easy. No problems on arrival and didn't have to wait for coach transfer to Prestwick airport, which only took a few minutes. On return only had a few minutes wait to be picked up and car was parked close for easy exit.

Watsons clearly have an interest in customer service. Very efficient handling at reception - they park your car and, in our case we went straight on to a waiting bus - even at 5.30am. On return they had car close by for collection and again bus service was fast and frequent.

Car park was very easy to find and staff were incredibly helpful - no grumpies! On my return came out of the airport and the bus was waiting for those of us coming off that particular flight. What can I say other than made the whole travelling bit so easy and I will definately go back!

This was very simple and reliable. The transfers were there within minutes and the car was in one piece on collection! Very straight forward and efficient which was a big bonus to me as I was travelling without my husband but with our 2 small children. Will definitely use again.

on arriving bback we phoned and werwe told bus was on its way. It took nearly 25 minutes to complete the 8 minute transfer. I would not have minded but as we were told it was on its way we went staight outside to the pick up area and had to wait in the cold.

great service parked in the airport before and had to walk miles before actually arriving at the check in desk. This was great no waiting or anything. Dropped of right at the door, picked up right at the door really enjoyable experience overall travelling from Prestwick far better that our International airport. Will promote Watsons to friends and family. Once again thanks for the great service.

There were 8 of us travelling and I had not entered this quantity when booking. I understand how this can be an inconvenience when trying to plan for seating on buses etc but was a genuine mistake (don't think the website should let you progress without this info) felt the person at the car park was very annoyed about this and let it show - not a nice way to start your holiday!

Staff extremely friendly and helpfull. Check in of car was completed quickly and efficiently. Coach driver to airport gave us details of what to do on return journey, coach was waiting in correct location on home arrival and we were back at car park to collect car within 5 minutes. Would use again

As customers arrive at different times, each time a car arrived the driver waited till they were served instead of taking those passengers already booked in, to the airport. However to balance this the pick up at the airport was excellent and stress free. Would use again.
