After making our booking we didn't have to do anything further. We showed up at about 4:30am and was immediately taken to the airport terminal. Upon our return from our holiday the bus was waiting to take us back to our car. We HIGHLY recommend Watson's. Thanks

Excellent speedy service - used before and will certainly use again!

We arrived at Watson's which we had no difficulty in finding. We just followed the instructions. The staff were friendly and efficient and we left our car and were driven immediately to the airport which was less than five minutes. On our return there was transport waiting to take us back to Watson's where we picked up our car. We would recommend and definitely use again. It was also the cheapest airpark in the area.

Staff were helpful and the carpark seemed very secure. Transfers were very good. Only one small part i would have changed was that there wasnt enough room for everyone on the bus coming home. So we (i was with a party of 3) had to wait for another bus to come to get us.

Our flight was delayed by more than an hour but the transport was waiting for us which was great. However, it was late on a frosty night and we had to de-ice the car. I thought it would have been nice to have the car ready and waiting for us to drive away.

Would recommend this site as the best option for Prestwick. I have used the others & the onsite is too expensive & still a trek by foot in the rain. The other offsite parks don't run to customer arrival, not as good value for money & require you to self park again walking through a muddy park which can be a distance to the check-in cabin. Watson's is the best, nearest & good value.

Very pleased with the service. Efficient, especially when our flight was delayed and we didnt leave the airport until 1.30am. Reassuringly, the shuttle bus was there and the turnaround time at the car park was less than two minutes. Will definitely use this car park again.

I've used Watsons before and I would use them again. However, our flight landed 1/2hr early and I tried calling the office for the coach but the phone was not answered. We waitied for quite a while and by the time the coach appeared there were too many people waiting. Those of us who were there first (there was us and 2 other couples) were pushed to the back of the queue by the other customers. The only reason I managed to get on the coach was because I carried my case onto the seating area instead of placing it in the boot. If I hadn't done this I would not have got a seat. I think if flights arrive early and you advise customers to call ahead, then you should answer the phones. There were several people left waiting at the airport as they couldn't get on the bus, yet they had been waiting longer than others.

Although I've mentioned the surface and jumpstart facilities they never caused me any problems but I've seen cars with flat batteries in winter at other sites.The floodlightss were a slight worry as further down the lines were in darkness but maybe they were just switched off!!! That said, if I;ve to use Prestwick again I would certainly leave my car at Watsons carpark.

Easiest travel arrangements I have made when flying. Every airport should have a "Watson's"

I like the fact that we were expected and that there is no need to phone on return.

Good value for money. Easy book in/out procedure. Coaches are outdated with some inoperative seat belts.

Directions given are precise and easy to follow, even when arriving in darkness. Signs are prominent. The service on checking in is simple and efficient and the transfer to the airport takes only minutes. A trouble free way to start a break.

A good service at a good price, not too far from airport.

Very friendly, smiley and accommodating staff. Don't have many bad things to say about the service - so it must be good!!! Would certainly use again.

I'd definitely use Watsons Ayr Park again because it's easy to reach, cheap, everyone there is friendly and efficient, and the transfers excellent.

Staff were friendly. Arriving at the car park and being transported to the airport was fast and on our return there was someone there to pick us up. Overall, great service!

Overall, a great experience. Even though our return flight was delayed, the courtesy coach was there waiting without any grumbles or complaints. Really good value service.

We arrived early morning and the girl behind the desk didn't even say hello! Looked as if she didn't want to be there and we were all just a nuisance.

Would have no hesitation with booking again as it was an efficient service - good location and easy to find. Value for money with peace of mind knowing car secure.
