Only problem I encountered was the fact that there is now a problem getting dropped off in Prestwick due to the additional security. I appreciate this is completly outwith Watsons control however it did pose a problem as my Mother was travelling with me and had great difficulty walking from where the bus dropped us off into the Airport. Also the same problem on the return. Hopefully this problem will be sorted by the time I next have to use Prestwick Airport.

This is the second time we have used this carpark, that should speak for itself. The staff are very friendly, and are always smiling, regardless of the time of day (or night). They offer a very fast dropoff and pickup service and we will certainly use them again.

Everything was done in plenty of time, taken to the airport without a rush and more to teh point not hanging around the car park waiting to be transfered. Likewise being picked up on retrun was prompt, desppite the added security at the airport that day. All staff were friendly & courteous, the bus driver even helped with lugagge (unusal in this day & age but very welcome). Will always be first coice when flying out of Prestwick.

As above. Found the car park easily due to very clear directions. Miminmum wait to drop off the car. Bus waiting to take us to the terminal which was only a short drive away. On our return we had a short wait for the bus but really only about 5 minutes. The pick up and drop off is right o the door so theres no walking involved, a plus for anyone with disabilities and also if the weather is bad. In the past I have used the park nearest the terminal but had a long walk in the pouring rain and as it was night time I didnt feel particularly safe. I will definately use this car park on a ny future journeys from prestwick.

How about some machines in the foyer of your office for quick cup of tea etc before setting off home. Flights can be delayed. It is important to get cases and then get outside the terminal in case the bus is waiting, which is generally is from our experience. Just a thought and it might be more bother than it is worth for you. thanks John Doyle

I first used Watson Car Parking in 2004, and was a bit dubious about using this year. But I need not have worried. A lot of effort and hard work has gone in to making this a pleasant way to start your holiday.The difference was amazing and I would not hesitate to use again and indeed recommend to all my friends and family

I have previously used this car park and the surface has been improved although the lanes in which you have to initially park could do with a bit of work. The staff might appear a little bit off-hand but deal very quickly and efficiently with customers.

This is the first airport car parking company I've used where the courtesy bus service does run as frequently as advertised, there is no hanging about at either end. Car booking in excellent service, very pleasant staff handover of vehicle on return. Well done!!!

This was any 'easy to locate' car park (compared with some others I've experienced). Staff friendly and efficient. Transport to and from airport runs regularly and drivers very helpful. Arrived back in pouring rain - only concern was there was no shelter at pick-up point, but could probably have waited in terminal building. Transport arrived in about 5 minutes anyway. Car waiting beside reception on arrival. Would happily use and reccomend this service.

Second time I've booked Watson's. First time, I had to cancel for a bereavement and they were fully supportive and gave full refund! Recently used them again; the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Directions supplied were spot on; the staff who were on duty when we arrived in the early hours of the morning were really friendly. Driver who dropped us at the airport gave us directions for our return. On arrival home we were picked up about ten minutes after we arrived at the pick up point and once back at the car park everything ran like clockwork. Would certainly use this service again if I fly from Prestwick again.

The speed of the bus going moments after our parking of the car made a great difference rather than waiting in the cold. The driver was very helpful with the baggage.

On the day we returned from Belgium there was an inordinate delay in the transfer from the airport to the car park. There were 4 transfer buses in the car park but only ONE seemed to be doing a regular journey.

A carpark on the other side of the airport which provides an excellent safe location for your vehicle and gives you the service of a transfer that makes the whole process simple and stress free. I most certainly will be using this service each time I fly from Prestwick.

Excellent service provided by the staff at Watsons although the BIG notice about them not taking responsibility for any damage to the paintwork etc on your car was a bit offputting as they were the ones parking it! Coach drivers were very hands on with the luggage and pleasant as well. There waiting for us when we got out of the arrivals door. Will use again.

Excellent customer service. I was greeted by my name and was at the office for about one minute. On return, the bus was waiting for me and the driver even carried my bag on and off the bus. Would definitely use again.

First time user. Will definitely use again next time travelling from Prestwick. Staff very helpful and friendly, and changeover from coach to car on return leg was smooth and slick.

Within minutes of arriving with our car we were booked in and on the coach to the airport. On our return we had very little waiting time before the coach picked us up. Great service.

Great service and would recommend to anyone. Easy to use with friendly, efficient staff who assisted greatly as I was unable to pick up my car on the day arranged for the flight back due to my mother having broken her leg. They arranged to keep the car with no problems whatsoever. Thanks a lot.
