Prestwick Short Stay Parking (also known as Car Park 1) is the closest car park and within a short walk of the airport terminal building.

Drive up to the entry barrier and press the white button for a ticket. Keep this ticket with you, as you will need it, along with your booking reference, upon your return to the airport and prior to leaving the Arrivals Hall.

You are advised to drop any passengers and luggage off at the terminal building before parking your car.

Upon your return, take your ticket and booking reference to the Car Park desk located in the Arrivals Hall. A staff member will validate your ticket, which you may then insert into the car park's exit barrier.

Car park was so close to the Terminal Building that it made access so easy, even with luggage. Procedure for return was also simple. A hassle free experience at a reasonable price.

Close to the airport, simple process on arrival and these both made life easy! However a little more info on location of the payment office, or clear signage, would have helped on our journey home. Tucked away out of sight when you come out of the arrivals hall. Didn't cloud our overall satisfaction though?

This was the ideal place to park, we were party of four mature ladies one with mobility problems. It was especially helpful on return flight as we arrived back in UK around midnight. Were in the car and on way home in matter of 5 mins. Would definitely use this facility again.

We arrived and followed the instructions to go to the "car park 1", which is actually named the "short stay car park". Unsure we drive to "long stay car park" where the attendant calls me by name and tells me I'm in the wrong car park... well if it was labeled correctly I would have known this. Stay was fine, car in a well lit, monitored and safe spot. When we left we were told we had an outstanding payment of around £144 due (even though I had pre-pad). I buzzed for an attendant who resolved this issue within around 30 seconds. Not a great experience overall, but an ok price, I suppose

Car parking was simple and close to the terminal building. However, when we returned it was raining and we got soaked on the way back to the car. Hopefully a covered walkway might be in the future plans for the car park!

Very easy and convenient if prepared to pay £££....especially good for disabled or immobile. I will use thus service again...hopefully not at such a high rate

Overall good, really close to terminal and with easy access to road network. Only minor niggle is that the welcome desk to validate your tickets is at the opposite end of the terminal to the arrivals hall.
