Very good, quick & easy. Excellent transfers to & from airport. Car park well laid out (remember to make a note of which area you park in!) Helpful staff. Having to turn around after paying is a bit of a nuisance & might be tricky at busy times.

It is a fairly big park with good surfaces and well marked in zones so you can find your car again!! Transfer buses are modern and run frequently to the terminal building. You park your own car and take the key away with you so no-one drives your car in your absence. Checking out procedure was fast and easy.

I had to wait a long time for the courtesy bus and then I had to stand in long line at the customer services to validate my ticket. Overall this was a bad experience.

Very convenient, the bus transfers were quick and efficient and security seemed good.

The car park was well signposted and easy to find. Slight problem with actually finding a parking space (I drove around three times!), but I had only booked the day before so was probably lucky to get a booking at all! Maybe it might be better to register on arrival to prevent the worry of keeping track of the machine ticket and booking code details until the return from holiday?

We were very happy with the service we recieved. We only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle bus to take us to the airport. We also liked the fact that we were able to book on line and it was very good value for money.

Easier to use than other car parking facilities where you have to leave your car keys and queue to hand them in, then having to do the same on the return jouirney.

Would recomend pre-booking the long term car park as it is easy to do and saves you time and money. The car park is a safe, secure site close to terminal with helpful staff. This makes a good start and end to your vacation knowing your car is safe!

Have travelled many times using Newcastle Airport. Much much busier than before, so suggest forward planning for significant expansion of long stay car parking!

Easy to book on simplyparking.co.uk. Very convenient to Airport. Probably one of the best parking facilities I have used at Newcastle Airport. I travel frequently by air and found no problems with the car park, the transfers and customer service. Well Done. Would certainly recommend to colleagues using Newcastle Airport. Thank You.

Don't wait for the coach to transfer you to the terminal. I telephoned from one of the bus stops and waited for nearly 30 minutes for the coach to turn up. I could have walked to the terminal in about 5 minutes.

The foot path is in need of repair/ resurface in places. Its not far to walk on a nice day and its good to stretch the legs after a flight. Also there are no lowered curbs to pull a suitcase up. The cost is lower than going directly through the airport but it is still quite high.

Found that the car parking was easy to use with its location next to the airport and friendly staff. Would use again.

Very good service and convenient parking. Only fault was once back in car after flight having to then drive to customer point to collect to to exit car park ticket, where the parking was limited and exit signs not very clear from that point.

Always use this car park even though I only live 5 miles away....very efficient.

Simple to park and get the transfer to the airport. Leaving was easy with prepaid voucher - so much so that the attendant didn't even have to speak to me!
