Booked at last minute and that wasn't a problem. Easy to find and only waited a few mins for courtesy bus to main terminal. Car was in same condition as i left it. Would defo use again. It would have been easy enough to walk to main terminal as it wasn't far at all.

Good safe place to park, signposting to the spaces a bit hard to follow, and the whole place could do with a new road surface. But very handy for the airport - a pity the bus takes so long to arrive. Lovely people at the customer services office - very easy transaction.

I realised that I could park at the airport while I was away for two nights for the same cost as taking a taxi. On my return to the airport at 11.00 pm, I found the memeber staff in customer services to be very efficient and pleasant. I felt comfortable also knowing that my car was secure. I would definitely use the facility again although I wish it were just a bit cheaper!

The row we parked in was separated by a hedge which confused us when trying to find our car when we returned. The staff went out of their way to help us and even drove us back to our car when it had been located. Full marks for great customer service.

would be useful to let people know they should make a note of the bus shelter they use on arrival to assist the bus driver to drop them off at the correct shelter on the home journey. Is there some way of identifying where there are spaces to save driving round a number of sections before locating a space?

I found the service provided by the staff 1ST CLASS - As Im a new driver - well 3 years, but I still class myself as a learner and travelling over 120 miles to Newcastle I found the Service Staff very helpful with directions getting out the airport back onto the Edinburgh A1. AND WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SAY A BIG THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF.

I didn't know to contact office on exit I thought my ticket would have allowed me to automatically exit I paid via card thinking perhaps I the payment via the internat had not come off. Anyway at 3 am after a long journey it would have been better if it stated in black and white to go to office on exit. Arrgghh more headaches trying to reclaim the double payment!

There needs to be a sign on entering when you recieve your ticket which explains process of validating your ticket/booking after your return so as to save any confusion(maybe printed on the back of the ticket too). Exit sign/route not clear enough. Not enough pedestrian entrances near to bus pickup points!(climbing over fences)

My ticket was misplaced and the attendant said I needed it to leave, even though I had the confirmation e-mail,so me and my partner opened every case and bag we had to look for it, after about 15 minutes of looking the attendant said "its OK, I will just print a new one off" why make us look for 15 mins if he could just print a new one?????

everything was good except for one member of staff- the driver of the bus who took us back from the airport to the carpark; he was very scary he had no time to give help to people who were lost and nearly ran a car off the road in temper because they got in his way. We got off the bus 2 stops too early in heavy rain as we were affraid to miss our stop and have to ask any favours!!

on arrival at bus stop there was four other people i thought one of them would have phoned for the bus we were stood for about 10 mins and i asked them if anyone had phoned for the bus no one had. i picked the phone up and quoted our bus stop No. and within a few minutes the bus was their.

when we arived there were no staff about to be seen so we were a bit unsure what we had to do when we got there,we had to work it out for ourselves.didn't find the lighting very good because when we arived home we found a large scratch along the passenger side door which couldn't be seen when we returned to the car.we were unhappy about our car being marked which we put down to someone parked next to us as the car park spaces were very tight not leaving much room between cars when parked.would not use this service again.

I have now used this car park twice as it is so easy to locate and is handy for the airport. Takes only 5 minutes to walk from the car park to the airport with luggage although there is a regular free bus service to and from the car park if preferred.

Airport parking as it should be. I felt safe in the knowledge that my vehicle would be safe for the duration of my trip. Plenty of available spaces and helpful office staff. A few members of staff were unable to give me dirctions or answer basic questions due to not speaking English.

We used the bus shelter telephone to request transport from bus shelter 10, after 15 mins rang again and was told a second bus would be sent out, after a further 10 mins we had to walk to airport terminal as we were nearing our check in time.We have used this car park many times with no problem, but would think twice about using it again.

Great! We have used other outside services before because they are slightly cheaper. However this car park was much better for us. We only waited a few minutes before we were picked up. On return, it was very busy at the airport so instead of waiting for a bus, we walked to our car. (2mins)( and if we did want the bus there wasnt the "faffing" about finding a telephone for someone to collect us.) we'll use it again.

On the details it is not clear that you have to have your ticket validated at the exit to the car park, not the terminal. Many other airports validate your ticket in the terminal building, not at Newcastle. You have to retrieve your car, park near the exit to the car park, then validate your ticket.

Arrived at the airport in the very early hours of the morning, only had to wait a few minutes to be picked up and driven to the airport. On return very long queue for the bus, the driver was very courteous and ensured all the passengers and luggage, were taken on board in one trip

Long stay car park was not easily identified once at first barrier as there is an open car park area for approx 300 yards before main long stay car park which was behind trees on this occasion.Reception staff on this occasion may have had a long day !

I understand that this is the most competitive cost available but still wish it could have been less. Also I thought there could have been a more updated way to exit the carpark without the help of an attendant. A queue formed behind me while I was waiting.
