I found the directions I was given were very accurate, and the transfer to and from the airport car park were very reliable. There was very good lighting and a two minute bus ride away from the terminal building, which was very good. When I fly from Newcastle again, I will use this service again, as the price was great.

It made travelling by car very easy. With no worries on departing or arrival back. All you have to do is jump on the bus and remember where you parked the car!

The process of booking our car parking was easy and the whole experience was incident free. Certainly saved money by pre booking car parking. Would recommend using simplyparking.co.uk.

Newcastle On Airport Parking is near the main terminal building, but the courtesy coaches pass regularly so you dont have to hang about long before one comes along to help you. Everyone is very helpful.

Staff on site very organised and helpful. Did not use the transfer bus as it was quicker to walk than stand in the cold.

When we arrived at about 6pm Sat there was a coach parked at one of the bus stops, but although there were absolutely no other passengers in sight it made no effort to move to our stop although we would have been clearly visible - we walked in the end. When we returned to the airport at about 5pm on Monday there wasn't a bus in sight - we walked!

Bus service is frequent enough and it only takes a few minutes to arrive at the terminal. On return however, you must drive to the payment booth and then turn back around again to drive to the exit. I would definitely use the car park again.

I would use this facility again. The car park feels secure and is obviously well-used. The transfer bus is convenient and frequent. The car park is easy to find, just follow the signs within the airport compound.

Exit not clearly signposted, you will park facing the entrances when you go for your exit ticket, you need to turn round, then take 1st left to head for exit.

On first visit drove round car park until worked out I had to go back to the entrance as pre-paid customer. Sign on staffed building that prepaid needed to stop here would have helped. When you call on the way back Exit sign is behind you. A sign on the back of the entrance gate would have speeded departure.

First time we used prepay arrangement we found going to service office at entrance and then having to do a three point turn to go to exit confusing. Other friends found the same problem. Now I know the procedure, it's OK but would be improved if there was a turning circle and exit clearly marked.

They had no record of my booking but that caused no problem as I had my receipt, and they sorted out the problem instantly.

Maybe a system which gives drivers arriving at the airport some idea where the vacant spots are. At present you arrive, after a long drive, and can waste valuable time looking to park in an area which is full to the brim.

We found the car park easily. When we got the ticket it was half printed and I thought it allocated us an area to park E20. We spent some time looking for this place and in the end went to ask at the office. The gentleman was very polite and indicated we could park anywhere in various areas. After driving around for a while in the areas he had suggested, we found a spot. I was getting a little concerned that we would not find a space and we still had to check in. I realise you advise 20 mins but I think it needs to be a little longer. From then on everything went very smoothly. We didnt have to wait too long for a bus, and the same coming back. Apart from the initial parking problem, which was a little unclear at first, everything went well, and I will certainly use the facility again.

Considering the parking was on the airport I actually got to the terminal building quicker when I previously used an off airport park, I think this needs to be improved.
