Easy to use system, just book online and it's sorted. Kept well updated as to confirmation of booking. I have used this service for several years now as it saves having to pay on your return from holiday. Cost is comparable with other airports but this facility is nice and close to the terminal building. Use the internet booking most years when we fly from Newcastle Airport. Did not use the transfer on this occassion, but normaly good service.

Very good service- lots of people waited for the buses to take them back to their cars- I think more buses need to be used during peak times. Also having obtained a ticket on entry to the car park you then have to show this to staff on your return in a small office on route to the cars (not very good for women on their own). This ticket and your reference number are manually checked before another ticket is issued for your exit. This seems very old fashioned and could be speeded up.

Car park and transfer facilities are good, but the charges seem excessive. Expensive in comparison to many other airports.

Very easy to find and only a few minutes to walk to the terminal. We will definitely be using this facility again.

We pre-paid the parking, and the notices / signs explaining how to get a ticket for the exit barrier and where to go to get it were very poor. We were one of several families all trying to make sense of the system.

The car park was easy to get to, secure and straightforward to leave. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Transfers very quick and courteous, booking online went without a hitch - would definitely do this again - cheaper option than getting a taxi.

No real problems, but I was initially unsure about where Customer Service was on exiting, but otherwise a very positive experience. Security seems OK, but I felt more security measures were in place at Gatwick when I used a similar service, although there was an overhead in having to book-in at the beginning of the journey.

What impressed me most was that when I realised I had made a mistake with the date I was able to change it over the phone with no problems or extra charge. I found the service excellent.

Very efficient staff, excellent pick up time by mini bus, just 3mins from me calling and the bus was there!

Overall excellent, slight niggle having to reverse / turnaround to exit - office is after exit roundabout!

Prebooking parking is the best way, you know everything is in order & you just go to customer services with your receipt & receive a voucher to exit the car park, very efficient & simple.

I looked at a variety of options including other car parks near the airport. I chose Newcastle On-airport parking as I felt it was more secure than other car parks and more convenient to get to the airport and through online discount with simplyparking.co.uk there was not much difference in price. However if it had been more expensive I probably would not have used the service and used a cheaper option. I was worried the transfers would be slow after reading other reviews but the buses were constant and quick. Also the airport is in walking distance anyway, had they not been so efficient.

Extremely convenient. It's worth dropping off family and baggage first if you are travelling with others as it can be quicker to walk than wait the few minutes for the bus. The Drop off carpark doesn't charge for the first 10 minutes. I repeat this the other way as it is more convenient for all, particularly fractious kids!

A decent car park that seems secure and is well-lit but the coaches early morning/late evening are not regular. Also, bus shelters in certain parts of the car park are 'taped up' and the contact phones inside do not work. The first area of the car park, which is literally 2-3 mins walk from the terminal seems to be mostly closed, despite being virtually empty.

We found the parking easily. We waited a very short time to be collected by the courtesy bus. The bus was fine and took us straight to the airport door. Likewise on return we were taken back to the carpark with no time delay and were back in our car. It was clearly signposted around the carpark what we should do to exit - no problems at all!
