Good value, convenient for airport. No staff to quiz on arrival or departure. The wait for the return bus to the car park was longer than half an hour, and it was a quiet time of the day. Better carpark arrival/departure instructions are needed as they're very vague. There was no point pressing the button at barrier at time of our departure as the barrier was up and you could come and go as you pleased! Overall positive experience.

this is the second time we've parked here and good value for money, convenient and secure. No qualms leaving the car here for 2 weeks!

Everything that the service promised was met - polite drivers, service within 15/20 minutes, only a few minutes from the airport. Will not hesitate to use the service again.

This is the second time that we have used this car park. We were met on arrival by name, found a space easy right by the bus stop. On our return there was only 2 people on the bus, so the drive just asked us our bus stop numbers and took us to them instead of going the whole way round because there was no one else waiting. Definately use the car park again, and have recommended it to others.

I found the car park esay to find. Good security and liked the idea that i parked the car and kept the keys. The shuttle buses were good and the fact that they run every 15 mins was excellent. Also good that we didnt have to wait in a queue on our return just put the card in machine and we were on our way home.We would certainly use your car park again and recommend you to friends Thankyou

Both bus drivers were a bit surly - not a smile between them! Arrived in car park and just missed a bus - had to wait nearly 20 mins for next one (7.30am). On return one waiting so very happy. However, a little concerned about security as barrier was up and no-one to check who was taking the car out of the car park. This was 9.00am As no-one was to ask not sure if this was normal. Other than that quite happy with everything.

Having never flown from Manchester - the Car Park was easily found but I was surprised that there was not an 'attendant' or barrier/direction/information board for instructions. I had to ask a person who happened to be passing. Seemed anyone could walk into the car park - it did not seem as secure as other off-site parking facilities I have used. However, was adequate for my needs and my car was as I had left it upon my return.

Very smooth transition, no endless hanging around. Efficient entry (just showed receipt off internet) and exit system just as smooth (swipe card given on entry day to raise barrier). Will definitely use next time.

good service recieved throughout, frequent buses never had to wait over 7 minutes on tranfer to and back to car,the dorection signage outside manchester airport is not the clearest in the world but managed to find carpark without a hitch, would definately use again

I used a car-park in Heathrow a few months ago : Cost over £250 for aprox 10 days and service was poor ~ a complete rip-off ! Used Manchester Shuttle Park this month for a 10 day visit to the USA. Everything was very smooth with no problems ~ will use again and recommend to everyone. Many thanks for an excellant service. Ron Deakin

Have used this service several times and will continue to do so. The longer the stay, the better the value. New security measures mean we have to stand in a different place a little further from the terminal on the return journey. We certainly recommend the Shuttle Park to others.

Excellent facility - would definately use again. Bus picks up and drops off outside main doors. On our return we were in our car exactly half an hour after passing through the passport check desk. There was no delay at all either on our outward or inward journey.

Very difficult to find pick up area on return - this is due to very badly managed and signposted security changes by Manchester airport and not the parking company BUT it is an issue. Note also that Manchester airport itself offers special advance booking deals on the Shuttle Park so worth comparing.

On return to UK had to wait 50 minutes at terminal for transfer as one of the only two coaches had broken down two days earlier and was awaiting a technician.If I ran my business so badly I'd be on the streets!Next time I'll be back using premier park!

Overall, booking was easy and the staff helpful on arrival. Waiting for the bus on our return, we had not realised that the shelter was in a place which buses could not reach because of restrictions but a helpful taxi driver informed us after we had been waiting.

The directions to the shuttlepark were clear and precise and easy to find. Security Staff friendly and helpful on both arrival and departure even as we were delayed on our return journey by three hours. Shuttle bus drivers helpful and informative on both journeys. Definitely book again in future and recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately when we arrived at the car park, the young man took my confirmation sheet as evidednce, and this had the instructions on what to do when you return. That's partly my fault, and without them it isn't absolutely clear in arrivals as to where you pick up the bus.I assumed wrongly that you were an independent car park and of course went to the wrong bus stop. Not what you want at the end of a long flight etc. If those areas could be tightened up then I think generally you offer a very good value service. Thanks and best wishes Ian Tucker

On arrival, the attendant requested a copy of our booking, which we gave him. However it was our only printed copy and he kept it! This meant that on the return we were wondering what would happen if there was a problem. Next time we'll take 2 copies, and I'd suggest the same to other people. That however was the only issue. The parking was well lit and fenced. The car parking spaces were adequate to unload the car without bumping other peoples cars and the bus drivers were courtesous and helpful. This meant it was all hassle and stress free. On leaving, we just had to put our ticket into the machine and it calculated our stay (took a long long time though and we thought it may be bust), then let us exit without having to speak to anyone. Location was only a short trip to the terminal, and overall we would happily use them again.

We were concerned at the amount of time we had to wait for our transfer back - quite wet and very cold conditions at 8am on Sunday morning - so we were disappointed in this aspect. Otherwise good service and we will definitely use the Shuttle Park again (August 2007)

On return the driver was clearly in a great hurry and I had to hold on to someone's cases several times - to stop them falling over - but we got there okay! Staff at the car park were most helpful and concerned - particularly when we returned to a flat battery! Thank you!
