Couldn't be better, arrived on site and was directed to a parking space that was on the route of the bus currently dropping off, very quick and easy journey. On return (02:00 in morning) bus was full and we were told the next one would be 20mins, but we were able to get on as long as our cases were not blocking access. Would recommend this park to anyone.

We have used many car parking services at Manchester Airport - this has been by far the best one to date. After booking we had changed our car details - this was done by e-mail and completed within minutes. Our experience was of an efficient, courteous service which we will have no hesitation in using again.

Good balance of price and proximity to the terminals. Bus driver was friendly and helpful. This was the second time we have used the car park.

Kiosk attendant very unhelpful, didn't even bother to remove feet from desk - no clear explanation about how to validate exit ticket. On return, not much more helpful - ie. "Put ticket in, it should work, if not, press the help button". Though he did confirm they were between systems. Everything else outstanding - I shall use Manchester Shuttle Park again.

Frequent service to and from airport reduced waiting time. Good value for money, would certainly recommend to friends.

Location well described and well signposted. Only a couple of minutes waiting time for shuttle bus to the airport. Should consider giving a card/reminder for the return journey as there are numerous operators and you must ensure you are waiting at the correct shuttle bus stop. Several people got on our bus and loaded their luggage before realising they were on the wrong bus. Just a thought!

We got on wrong bus on way home. But driver assisted us to find the right bus at the first opportunity. Other staff were friendly and the car park was convenient for the airport.

Manchester Shuttle Park was easy to find and the price was excellent. On return we had to wait a little time for a bus. Perhaps a loose timetable would help.

Although me and my car were checked in, getting out of the park was too easy, a press on the button at the barrier caused it to rise without any checks being made by staff.

We waited nearly 30 minutes for a bus from car park to Terminal 3, I even went to ask the parking staff if there was a bus running, told there was 2 but only saw 1. On our return we waited at Terminal 3 pick up for 45 minutes for a bus, other car park buses passed the point 3 times. Their bus service will have to greatly improve before I use them again.

All in all great service - good price, would definitely use again.

I would recommend this car park to anybody using Manchester Airport. Excellent service. Very good and frequent bus connections. Excellent value for money. Totally easy to find and hassle free parking. Well done.

Absolutely no problems with car parking. Airport was very busy on return and there were roadworks outside arrivals, so we weren't sure if we were waiting at the right stop. However we were and we didn't have to wait long for our transfer bus.

Easy to find and close to Manchester airport, at a nice price too.

Security seemed very casual in that I could have driven out without having to show my details as no secure gate and sometimes 'guards' are busy elsewhereso would like to leave expensive car.

Overall, hassle free, quick transfer out and back. Grumpy bus driver!!! Really pleased with the service and will definitely use again.
