Well laid out car park, efficient and quick transfer to the terminal plus the competitive price equals excellent value for money. Recommended.

Easy to find with instructions given on website, car park was very busy at 4am, we found a space just in time and very busy bus nearby waited for us. Transfer quick. On return, bus came in 5mins, and again we were back at the shuttle park quickly. Our card wasn't accepted on the way out but just needed to confirm some card & personal details via the intercom.

I was a little worried about using this service as we had never parked at the airport before. However, the buses were very frequent and everything was very smooth! We didnt have to wait around at the end of our holiday to get home! Definately use this service again.

Well organised set up with regular shuttle service. Our card didn't work the barrier both times but efficient response on the help button. Would use this again.

booked the shuttle park well in advance of trip, when we got there the car park was full, was given directions to another car park but they werent that clear, we parked in the long stay for terminal 2 in the end and it was very good no complaints at all.

Will use this park again, because everything was as you would hope for --quick pick ups both ways, good park surface, lighting, manned security and polite staff. Good value for money.

No waiting for bus outward or inward.easy to locate vehicle on return,fast transfer, convenient dropoff point, helpful driver, most of all modest price.

Parked my car, got straight on a bus - got back, straight on a bus & a very friendly driver even helped me with my case - on the road within 20 minutes of leaving airport - would definitely book again & have recommended to my family for future use.

All went according to plan until, after just missing a bus on our return, we had to wait 15 minutes for the next one, which failed to stop!! The next bus did stop and the driver was exceptionally helpful, insisting on carrying a case off the bus.

We have used this car park on a few occasions and found it good. This last time was not good. When we entered the car park I used my credit card that I used to book the car park with and it was not recognised. hen on our return at Manchester we landed after a two hour flight only to have to wait for 40 minutes at the bus stop. I noticed that the car park phone number was not on any of my paperwork relating to my booking, I then after a few calls made a call to the car park and the advisor said that there would be one along soon. When it came there was a bit of a kerfuffle with the drivers as there was obviously a problem andthey were stating there was only one bus working. No apologies when I said I had been waiting ages ( nearly half the time of my flight from Spain! ) Got to the car park, placed my card in barrier......yes you guessed right, not recognised!! and a very rude person asking for my booking number etc, no apologies, barrier open and at last we were on our way, very late. o now I am awaiting my credit card statement to see if I have been charged again.

Value for money car park and excellent service from staff. Highly recommended :-)

I don't know if this is possible but a panel at the entrance indicating the areas of the car park which have space at that time would be useful. Ones instinct is to turn left and start searching but one can use a lot of time searching in vain. Only when on the transfer bus did we see an area with lots of spaces. A big sign at high level saying EXIT would be useful to help find the way to the exit quickly.

Easy to find even in the dark. We have not used airport parking before but would recommend this to anyone. Much easier and cheaper than using taxis, friends or a hotel. Very convenient and great value for money

easy to find, close to the airport with excellent transfers: we had to wait only 2 minutes for a bus. Large site and relatively easy to locate our car (our fault not the parks: it is so big!)Best of all was the price: much cheaper than any park we have used in the past.

To quote a well-used advertising slogan - it does what it says on the tin. Good value as well. Cannot ask for more.

Was pleasntly suprised about the parking after using other facilitys that in bad weather are awful.Buses were clean and on time, the drivers were very friendly and helpful.Will use again and reccomend so a big thankyou and keep up the good work.

Easy to find, well lit, efficient, value for money car park. Departure coach service at 05.30 am very quick with another coach arriving as we left. Waited 25 mins for Arrival coach service at 09.30 pm.

Usual good service, close to the airport and frequent transfers. Only slight niggle was that the on both entry and exit to the car park, the machine wouldn't recognise my credit card that I'd booked with. Just pressed the button and quoted my reference number and the operator lifted the barrier though.

I have used the shuttle park weekly from December 2010 to March 2011 and can only compliment them on an excellent service. When the weather was very harsh in December they assisted in getting my car started when I mechanical problems. The transfers to and from the terminals are frequent and reliable.
