Easy to find. Close to the airport(all terminal). Transfer bus between the terminal and the carpark goes every 5 minutes. Im very stisfied. Thank you

directions perfect, paid debit card no fee, used card to enter and leave with ease . plenty spaces , good signs to locate space. transfer driver on way to deparure very helpful , this is the car park i use the most , never had a problem

Didnt realise we were suppose to get the No.4 bus back we jumped on the Jet Park 3 bus but the driver did take us into the Jet Park+ park.

Easy to find, good parking & shuttle service.Unfortunatly I found that I had a puncture on return so had to change wheel for spare, this was helped because the car was on hard standing.

just a little sad that somehow, someone tried to take off my wheel trim

The only issue i would say are the directions as it states a texaco when it now has changed to a shell, that through me off. The transfers were often, didn't have 2 wait more than 5 mins, the driver 2 airport helped with my luggage n requested a trolley which was a great help. All in all would use again once road works are completed. I even received a email off jetparks advising me 2 leave half hour earlier due to the works, which were suppose 2 be completed the day i travelled, which i thought was a lovely touch.

easy to use service. the bus to the airport was punctual we didnt have to wait long. Same on return. once back in our car we used our credit card which we booked the carpark with to raise the barrier and we were on our way. very easy and efficient.

The roadworks did not delay us more than 5 minutes, thanks to SkyparkSecure for updated information by e-mail a few days before travel. Have used this carpark 4 times this year.

Very good value and close to the airport , whichever terminal u need . Buses were very punctual . Would recommend it to anyone .

Our flight was 06.00, we arrived at the car park around 04.00 we must have just missed a bus as there was only one other couple at the bus stop when we parked up. However by the time the bus arrived there wasn't enough room to get all the passengers, who by then had turned up, on and we had waited over 30-40 minutes for that one. A further 5-10 minutes wait before the next one. At that time of day the roadworks werent a problem but we had to be brought to the front of the baggage drop queue and the passport/security bit and rush through to the gate who were by then starting to board. Dont know if you had a driver short that morning but we certainly didnt expect to wait the best part of an hour in the car park waiting for a bus. My advice - get there 3 hours before take off!

The service overall was ok, but the carpark was very full when we arrived and it was hard to find a space. Then had to wait at least 15 minutes for a transfer to the airport and on the way back it was over 30 mins which isn't really what you want when you're on your way home.

Panicked a little initially because I couldn't find a parking space. But we did find one and everything was fine.

When we arrived we pressed the button to speak to an assistant because we did not know which card we had used when booking. The assistant asked for our reference number to gain access to the car park, saying that we would need the same number to be able to get out again. When we arrived back at the car park after our holiday we had the number ready and pressed to speak to an assistant. Before we could say anything the barrier lifted and we were allowed to drive out. Surely anyone stealing a car would be able to do the same. We have used you before and would do so again but please improve on the security.

Had to wait long time for bus back to car park, Up to 3 buses for each of the other car parks came before one came for Jet Park Plus.

About the best value airport parking we've found. Buses run frequently & are comfortable & decent size. Go straight to terminals from car park (don't travel around others!) Stress free

Easy to book, arrived and just put payment card in the barrier and was let in parked up and then picked up within 5v mins to go to terminal. Return was just as easy- bus was there when we came out of terminal and we went straight to car park. Very easy and will use again.

Easy to find - very competitive on price - didn't have to wait long for a transfer at the park before the holiday, or at the airport after the holiday. Plenty of room for luggage on the bus, even though the bus was full. It was comfortable and considerately driven. Car was left in a secure parking place. We will certainly book with Jet Parks Plus again.

I regularly fly out for a few days business each month and have used a few different airport car parks. Jet Parks plus is close to the airport with regular transfers (sheltered bus stops included which is always nice in our climate), is nice a secure, and also has polite and friendly staff for answering any queries. Can't complain whatsoever!

I was at the airport 10 min from leaving my car and on the way back i was in my car 10 min from coming out of the airport
