Upon arriving back your priority is getting home. Having to wait over half an hour is unacceptable and spoils the overal opinion of your service especialy as this is the most recent memory of your service and over rules the good opinion that was established upon arriving with you.

When we arrived at the car park the person on duty did not explain what the procedure was and seemed surprised we did not know it when we asked. Even then we were just told to "wait over there". No one could tell us how long we would have to wait; there was no clear queue and we kept having to move our luggage about to make way for other cars. The transfer took an hour. This is very stressful when you know you have a plane to catch! Even though the return was prompt and organised and could not be faulted, we won't be using securapark again.

We were taken to our parking space and transferred immediately to the airport. The driver knew where we should check in. On our return, we were collected immediately from right outside the terminal building and taken to our car. Minibuses were clean and drivers friendly. We travelled with young children and appreciated not being kept waiting, especially on our return journey which was at night. I would definitely use this company again.

Brilliant service , my husband discovered he had left his wallet in the car when we arrived at the airport terminal, the driver took him back to the car where he collected his wallet then brought him straight back to the airport, It was really appreciated. Thanks Securapark Manchester.

You keep the keys to your car, they tell you where to park and watch you park - which means they will also watch who parks next to you! Mini bus straight to the terminal - actually went via 1 and three for other people before going to T2 but still only took about 15minutes from arriving to being at the terminal. Collected 4 minutes after leaving security and was on the motorway on the way back less than 10minutes later. All you have to worry about is losing your keys whilst drunk on holiday!

If you have a nice car,take care of it and don't like it dinked,scratched or left in vunerable areas,you won't go too far wrong by using these people-as we have,the last two trips from Manchester. Piece of mind,as regards our car means a lot to the enjoyment of our holiday. Martin and Wendy Davis.

Our booking was at extremly short notice and this posed no problems, customer service was excellent friendly guys doing transfers, and when we were dropped off at our vehicle it was minus one and the driver waited to check our car started. No complaints at all. would use again.

Very good value compared to the ludicrous fees charged by the on-airport car parks, and excellent shuttle service.

Have used Securapark about 15 times in 7 years and never had a fault - excellent service.

Easy to find car parking for Manchester Airport: we retained our car keys (unlike some car parks) and the transfers were reliable and quick in clean vehicles.

On arrival at the car park we were advised on the very simple and straight forward parking and return procedures, and then promptly shown our parking position. The driver of the transfer bus then transferred our luggage to the bus and then our selves to the airport. On our arrival the bus was waiting for us and again the driver assisted with our luggage. On the short journey back to the car park (5mins), the driver was very informative when asked, and gave us a general run down on the weather and other points of interest while we had been away. The bus was clean, inside and out and very comfy. We have tried all the others, but this is the Best. Regards Mr Higgins West Yourkshire.

When we got back from holiday another couple were ringing Securapark so they told Securapark to pick them up and another 2 people. When the bus finally arrived after 20 mins they denied knowledge of our pickup and we ended up waiting nearly one hour in the early hours of the morning, outside in the feezing cold before we were picked up. we now know which airport transfer buses do arrive on a regular basis so we know who to go with next time.

When it comes to flying from Manchester, there is no other company to use. First class service with friendly staff, quality secure parking and a quick airport transfer both ways.

Extremely long wait when waiting for a flight and not acceptable that was asked that one of my children sit on a crate.

it took us 45min between the time we filled the form to hand in the car, and the time we left the car park. Allow plenty of time as it is the same person thta show your space, fill the form and drive the bus. Meaning that as long as the previous bus is not back we can not leave the car park. However, the car park is good and the return was really quick. OK place if you leave plenty of time.

Excellent service all round. Only one complaint, and that's not to do with the service, the facilities, the transfers or the value for money - it's to do with the geographical location of the carpark. When leaving, we wished to travel westbound on the M56, towards Chester. There is no entry sliproad westbound onto the M56 from the car park's area! We ended up traveling back into Manchester, u-turning here, there and everywhere before eventually heading in the right direction. Conclusion: Be very, very sure that you know where you are going when leaving the carpark complex.

The location was easy to find, the staff were welcoming & cheerful, details of my reservation were at hand & transfer to the airport was immediate in a clean, new Transit Minibus. On return collection was equally prompt although the Transit minibus was not quite so new but still clean.

Definitely recommendable - relatively easy to find, friendly staff although a bit confused on check-in, multistorey parking appears safe, fast transfer to the terminal and back.

Overall my experience here was good. However I was not impressed when being transferred to the airport to be asked to sit on the 'stool' in an overcrowded bus. The 'stool' turned out to be a milk crate wedged in between the chairs, with no seatbelt or anything - somewhat dubious. The staff were friendly though and the transfers were very quick and prompt.

I found the staff very friendly. No problems going or coming back, will use again.
