The service I recieved was excellent, a mini-van was ready to leave as soon as I had finished parking my car. This experience was repeated when I arrived back at the airport. The only negative comment I have is that I was allocated a parking space on the top floor, which wasn't undercover.

I am totally satisfied with the service that was provided for me, from the reception staff welcoming me with the necessary information, to the drivers knowing which terminal my flight was departing from before i did. Will definately be using this service again due to there prompt and reliable attitude. Many thanks for allowing me to start my holiday as soon as my car had been parked.

From the minute we arrived at the car park to when we left we were treated professionally by helpful and efficient staff. On our arrival home we phoned to say we had arrived and the bus was waiting for us as we left the terminal. We were dropped off next to our car. We will most certainly use Securapark again.

Been to securapark twice now. First time i was satisfied allthough we did have a 15 min wait for the bus on our return (15 mins isn't long but at 5am & jet-lagged every minute counts!) Second time round i chose securapark rather than closer car parks because i really didn't want to leave my keys with any block parking merchants. Arrived at 6am but had forgotten to take my booking ref, however the lady soon looked up my details and i was parked and on bus in 10 mins. On return i phoned as soon as i had luggage and this time only had a 5 min wait. Driver didn't have much to say but then neither would i at 5am. Couldn't fault it and would definitely use again.

we went on holiday with peice of mind knowing our car was being well looked after with no possibility of anything happening to our car. This goes a long way to adding to our holiday enjoyment.The lads at the car park were easy to talk to and looked after us too, the gave a very valued service.This was the third time we used your car park and will continue to do so thanks very much

we were asked to phone as soon as we cleared customs to say we were back this we did and walked to the appointed meeting point and were the first people there. after about 10 mons a mini bus arrive and started to loan from the back of the queue. When We complained the staff were not helpful and basically said if we did not use there services someone else would. Not surprisingly the place was 80% empty. I fly from manchester 3-4 times a year and certainly will not use this car park again

I had trouble reaching the office when I arrived back at the airport, as I got a recorded message telling me that your number does not accept incoming calls. I knew this was wrong so phoned home and got my wife to phone you - she used the same number and got through without difficulty, so I can't figure out where the fault is in the phone system, with your service provider or the airport phone line, but you do need to get that sorted.

The directions given were difficult (near impossible) to follow, the staff on duty when we got there were great, helpful, cheery and efficient. The chap who collected us on our return following a 25 minute wait in the cold wanted to squeeze extra people in was grumpy and drove badly and far to fast. We would not use the company again.

The carpark was easy to use, we arrived early in the morning and staff were on hand they met us at the gate an unloaded our luggage for us and moved it to the mini bus transfer, the transfer time was very fast and on return we were collected from the airport within 5 mins and back at our car within 15 mins of getting our baggage. The service was excellent and easy use, I would highly recommend it.

Found the whole experience with Securapark as poor. Poor site, poor signage, poor customer care. We were told that to park underground that we had to pay £5 more in cash!. When you see the picture of the location it shows a multi story car park barrier underground. When questioning the customer staff they say the web site offers both over ground or underground. It does not!!. The £5 was just pocketed. Never again will we use this siter

Liverpool Airport I was charged on my debitcard additionally when I left the carpark in addition to what I have prepaid. I by now (2 weeks later) have not received the money back from Liverpool Airport Customer Service, althought I have phoned them immediately.

Good value for money, ideal location and not too long to wait for pick up on return. Unusually grumpy member of staff met us on arrival at car park prior to flying out. Insisted my inbound Flight didnt exist, but this was a one off, never happened before.

We got held up in traffic and arrived at Securapark only 1 hour 5 mins before our flight was due to take-off. Securapark staff were very understanding and helpful, rushed us to the airport in 10 mins (including parking up our car).Would definately recommend!!

We arrived at gate and were imediately welcomed. Our flight details were recorded whilst we loaded the bags in to the bus. We then parked and went direct to the terminal. On return we waited no more than 5 minutes for the bus and were back at our car and away home as quickly as you could hope for. An excellent service, good staff and would use again. Good location near to the airport - 5 minutes transfer.

The main selling point was that you keep your keys. The carpark was easy to find. The service was excellent. With it being September it was a little quieter so we did not have to wait after parking the car to go Manchester airport. On arriving back at around midnight we were picked up straight away with no hassle. I would definitely recommend this service and will use again when I fly from Manchester.

Good service,easy to find,minibus to the airport.Phoned them on our return to the uk to be picked up,they were a little late,only 5 -10 minutes or so,which at three in the morning seemed like forever.Would probably use them again.The other companys are all around the same cost which i feel is quite step,but i supose its what you have to pay!!

Overall a fantastic service provided at a very reasonable price. Covered parking feels safe and secure, staff were very helpful, although off the main airport site, the trip is short to the terminals and there was a minibus ready to take us straight to the airport and one waiting for us on our return. Would recommend this service and will us it again myself in the future.

We arrived to drop off our car early in the morning and there was already a queue of people waiting to drop their cars off. It took 30 minutes from arriving at the Car Park to us getting to the Airport. The staff seemed unorganised and blamed the delays on a 'shift change' Because of this we would not use this specific car park again.

the staff weren't very helpfull on our arrival they were a bit stand-offish. The car park was easy to find and the transfer didn't take long. The car next to ours had a broken window which someone had tried to cover with a plastic bag, this didn't leave us very confident about the security, and there were no lights on on the top level where our car was parked. However it was the cheapest by far and close to the airport and the arrivals part is undercover if the weather is bad so your luggage is dry. you also get dropped off stright at your car whereas other parks we have used it has taken 15 mins to get the car back. we would use this car park again.

very basic car park block with good and quick transfers to and from the airport terminal. The directions given by securapark were no where near correct tho. so long as you have reliable directions to get to securapark you will find good value for money using this company.
