excellent customer services, I left my purse in the car park and discovered this when i got to the airport, I phoned securaparks and told them this they came and picked me up straight away and I got my purse back, then they took me back to the airport again, flight was delayed by 5 hours coming back, I had only paid til 22.30 on the friday night, I did not get in manchester til 3.00am on sat morning and they did not charge me any extra, if I was going to park down Manchester I would def use these again.

This is one of the few firms that allow you to park your own car and retain the car keys. The multi storey cap park is very secure and the staff helpful. The only reason I've graded the firm low on value for money is due to the fact that upon our return at Manchester it took them 35 minutes to pick us up. We travelled from Zurich to Manchester in 1 hour 35 minutes, and it took them 35 minutes to collect us from approx 2 miles away.

The whole experience from booking to parking was one of ease and value for money. The car park has the benefit of being secure and undercover. The staff where very helpful and the transfer, to, and from the airport was quick and hassle free. My only slightly negative comment, was that the direction to the car park when approaching from the Stockport area.

We have used Securapark many times when we have flown from Manchester airport. We have tried others but always come back to Securapark. In our opinion they cannot be beaten for the level of security, customer service and efficient transfers both ways.

I've used lots of different parking services. If I were to give constructive criticism, I would suggest a more friendly service. I was told to put my heavy bag on the van myself and when I discovered the back door locked and tried to put my bag on via the side door, the man was very patronising. Basically the personal touch wasn't there as with other services. Enough to make me choose an alternative next time even if it's more expensive. You get what you pay for!

we have used this car park 3 times now and on each occasion we have been very satisfied with the service. The staff are very efficient, the parking is very secure and the service to and from the airport is very good. It takes the hassle and worry out of driving and just finishes the holiday without the worry of having to remember where we had left the car

This is the first time we have used Securapark and I would definitely use them again in the future. Their mini bus actually escorts you to your parking space and returns you to your car. A very smooth beginning and end to the holiday.good value for money, excellent service-- definitely recommended!!

Instructions given on booking, i.e. sound your horn at barrier when you arrive, didn't work! No-one repsonded. Unclear what was supposed to happen once inside car park. In fact you are meant to pull to one side, book in at reception then wait for someone to show you where to park. Maybe we just caught them at a busy time but it seemed only by chance that we found we had parked in the wrong place. All very confusing. We'll know next time! Would use again as good points outweighed this and if we hadn't been in a hurry it would have mattered less

When we arrived I was not too sure whether I wanted to leave my car here, but once in the secure area, the cars all seem well protected. There was a vast array of cars in from Mercs and BMW's, down the normal everyday cars, such as mine. The drop off was quick, as they are only about 7 mins from the aiport, which was good. I would use them again, as they are cheap park with, and they do take car of your car, the parking area is very secure, which is what I wanted.

good service from staff but had to waite a short period for a group to get back to pick up point also the boss used our minibus to drop someone of when we arived at park area only about 10 mins or so but my case was in the back of it didnt think this was a very good idea what if somthing had happened or even someone tampering with my case all was well but it was not really very good

The key points for me when choosing airport parking are proximity and price, securapark rates very favourably on both of these. The other reason for selecting them was the fact the facilities are multistorey as opposed to a plot of land where your car is open to the elements, however my only negative comment would be that i was directed to park on the top floor, thus open to the elements and not undercover like i expected when i booked.

I found Securapark good value for money and it made the whole holiday expereince easier. The transfers were very prompt and got me to and from the airport quickly. The only problems I had were that the directions given were slightly incorrect, there were 5 sets of traffic lights, not 3 as stated. There was also one very miserable member of staff on arrival but he was more than cancelled out by the pleasant guy who met us on return.

The staff were really helpful and pleasant. I think all the airport parking is expensive but this one offers the best value though I would leave the car more often if it were even less. The car park is a little difficult to get to and from when travelling from/to homes in the Chester direction. But generally excellent.

very good service from secure park.peace of mind when on holday,knowing your car is safe. the tranfers where very good,not far to travel. very easy and stress free,simply call them when get back and they come and pick you up and return you to your vechicle.easy!.i will be using them in the future.

The staff were very freindly and efficient. We were checked in within minutes and whisked to the airport which is very close. On our return we followed the instructions to telephone and again within minutes a mini bus arrived to pick us up. We were checked out in minutes and returning home. Will definately use again.

I will never ever use this park again: staff was extremely unfriendly and slow. We almost missed our flight because it took the staff extremely long to check us in. After checking in we had to wait for a bus. Once we were sitting in the bus (still in the garage) we had to wait until the staff finished their conversation. Terrible experience ! Never again !!!

I thought everything was just right for me, the price was right, close to the airport, very fast away from car park, not waiting ages for a bus to fill up and leave, same with pick up from airport, and staff were friendly and helpful, I will be back in 2 weeks time, thank you

Travelling from the East coast to Manchester Airport this car park is easy to find, just 2 or 3 minutes from junction 4 off the motorway. The staff are courteous, helpful and punctual. On arrival at the car park the driver put our luggage into the courtesy vehicle and I parked my car myself and was able to keep the keys with me. On my return the driver took us to our car in the car park and placed our luggage in the boot. What more can you ask for? Will certainly use them again.

Obviously a very secure site and near to the airport,my only reservation was the time from arriving and booking in to the time to get a minibus to show us where to park and take us the ten minute trip to the terminal. All in all good value parking and would definately use again,but will not be on my minutes next time.
