Good car park. Did the job, but others would have been cheaper if they did not have a minimum stay criteria.

Handy, easy to find, good and speedy transfer to each terminal.

Initially found the car park difficult to find, the instructions seemed clear at first but after following them exactly found that it was the 4th set of traffic lights and not the 2nd which we had to turn off. A little further from the airport than others, but the service was very good and there was no waiting around, the bus was waiting for us when we landed at Manchester. Would recommend to others.

Good service and will use again, information on finding the site was not easy to use or the quickest and most direct route.

After a flight from London to Manchester taking 40 mins, I did not expect to wait 55 mins for the Ringway bus to pick me up. So I am afraid I will not be using this service again.

Easy to find, and means don't have to get too close to airport. Dropped us at Hotel next to Airport on way in, which was nice, although it was 11pm on a Friday night. Allow about a 20 minute transfer time. Waited at Manchester Airport for at least 30 minutes, and apparently 20 minutes is the norm. Bus was crammed full of people, as several flights had just landed. Think they need to invest in a another coach, as they increase in size and popularity.

Easy on-line booking, fast efficient transfers and cost effective compared with taxi and airport parking.

Transfers to / from airport were immediate, drivers were pleasant.

The staff are pleasant and friendly. I was really pleased when I landed that early in the morning after a night flight to find the driver waiting for our party. The Service is the best I could hope for.

The only problem was getting to the car park prior to our holiday. The directions given were straightforward, but did not take into account the roadworks on the motorway. We were looking for junction 8 to exit for the car park but there were no signs due to the road works. We missed the exit and therefore had to turn back later and this took more time getting to the car park.

This was a bad experience from start to finish. OK, the car was fine parked there but we would not use this place again if somebody paid us. They say you have to arrive at the car park 45 mins before check-in at the airport - I would suggest 90 mins. The drivers of the shuttle bus(es) were anything but pleasant and we stood waiting at the airport for 45 mins when they said 20.

Only down side was the delay and going between different terminals both on arrival and on collection. Waited at Ringway Airpark for 25 minutes before setting off to airport due to size of vehicle and number of passengers required.

I little far away from the Airport and bus was a bit full on our journey to the Airport.

I was disappointed with this service as I had to wait a long time to be transferred from the car park to the airport this left me little time to check in.

This is the first time i have used airport parking, and it was only due to the cost of a return taxi £36 that i thought i would give it a try, i was expecting to pay around £50 for the week, so was pleasantly surprised at paying just £32.20 for 8 days. We timed it perfect for arriving, a coach was already there waiting. The coach was clean and spacious, although it didnt leave until every seat was full (it sat there for 20 minutes) we wondered if this was standard procedure? there was even some people having to stand for the journey, which given the full day travelling that lay ahead, i wouldn't of liked to of done for the 20 minute journey. All in all the car park was good, although i was a bit miffed, that having left a spotlessly clean car which i had washed only the day before i returned to a sand blasted one! i will know for next time, to leave the cleaning til back in Manchester.

Transfer there took a long time - slow setting off and them went to one terminal even though no-one to get on or off causing further delays. Upon return took several attempts to make contact by phone to arrange transfer. Wrong keys given had to return them - car returned back very dusty. If it all worked as promised would be great but it seems like there is poor management.

It was very easy to book online and sort out parking on arrival. I had to wait 30 mins for a coach to the airport, other customers had been waiting much longer. Arriving back at Manchester I waited an hour and five minutes to be collected, with other customers, yet the 2 other parking firms at the same stop had 3 buses each in that time and one at stop 2, I believe APH had 4 buses in that time. I suppose overall, you were the cheapest so I got the worst service. Will probably pay the extra in future with another company.

Great value for money. Quick pick up once back and excellent care with the vehicle.

Having travelled from south of Manchester, location of parking was not ideal, especially with ongoing roadworks on M60. However would use again.

Good value, efficient service within the office itself but be prepared for a wait upon your return when all you want to do is get home!
