The mirrors had been adjusted considerably and my seat was moved up considerably as well as forward (which I can understand if the person driving it was very very short???). The radio was also tuned into a local station which i've never listened too. Also lots of dirty boot marks in the passenger footwell, which is strange since the steering wheel is on the other side!!! All the adjustments seem excessive considering the car was only moved round the corner and the mileage was the same as when i left it!!

Although the park is furthest from the Airport the transfers were smooth & efficient and we experienced very little waiting time. The most difficult bit was trying to contact the park once we had landed as the phone was engaged for some 5 - 10 minutes. Our coach driver assisted with the luggage and being in touch with the park by radio waited a few minutes for others who were on their way to the coach pick up. I'd have no problem using Q park again

The return journey was poor. We had to wait nearly 45 mins after ringing Ringway on arrival for the bus to turn up to convey us back to the car park. Additionally the instructions on the ticket did not accord with the instructions given by telephone on arrival and directions to the meeting point were poor.

After a 9 hour flight, returned to Manchester airport and rang carpark whilst my husband took bags from carousel. They told me to ring back after we had all bags, so i did, 5 minutes later. took 20 minutes to finally get through. My family including 2 young tired children waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes before a bus came. Will not use this company again, can see why they beat every other price.

On the day we booked in the slip road from the motorway was closed and the diversion signs were badly place. Therefore, it took some time to find the car park and this was the experience of other people on our bus. As I had phoned the car park in the morning to amend our arrival time it would have been helpful to have been told about the diversion and given new intructions about getting to the car park or phoned customers booked in that morning about the diversion. It couldn't have been news to them at the car park!

The bus waited a long time at the car park - it seemed more important to have a full bus than keep to time. In the end it was an hour from arriving at the car park to arriving at the airport. Similar on return. Mini buses might allow more frequent runs.

We were far from pleased by the service we received from Q Park when we returned recently from our two week holiday. In the first place we expected a "20 minute" return bus service. In effect we waited for over half an hour with no sign of a bus (others in the queue had waited longer) and then when a bus arrived the driver waited for at least another 20 minutes for further passengers to arrive. We eventually arrived at the car park at around 9.15 pm. We returned to our car to find the battery completely flat. The car is less than three years old with no previous battery problems. We personally believe that it had been parked by the car park staff with the lights on. A second car also had a flat battery. We went to the office to ask for assistance (as a large notice outside clearly advises in the event of a flat battery). We were met by complete indifference on the part of two staff, presumably drivers, who were manning the desk, and we were told that the power pack was not working and there were no jump leads on the premises. In answer to our complaint regarding long waiting times we were told that there was a shortage of drivers. We contacted the AA and were advised the wait might be two hours. My polite request for a hot drink after our long journey was refused whilst the drivers made one for themselves and drank it in front of us. We prepared for a long wait; Christine the receptionist arrived and was very sympathetic and made us tea, but repeated there were no jump leads in the office. However she contacted a friend who very kindly came out with leads and both cars were eventually started. Needless to say we are very dissatisfied and would never use this company again; the lower price in no way compensated for the stress involved on our return.

This is the second time I have used one of the park and ride services. I have no complaints what so ever. The service I received was excellent, and I will certainly recommend this service to friends and family. I will definatley use the service again.

the place was pretty easy to find, staff were friendly and i was dealt with quickly and without fuss both on departing and return. value for money was good-30 odd quid for a weeks secure parking is great, i'd definitely use again and recommend them, thanks!!

one little problem we thought we had booked APH on the usual one we go to, but we were directed to the other one, we hadnt got time due to the day the airport was in chaos after the Glasgow bomb.. police checks delayed us gettting there..so we had to go straight to the airport and pay for long stay parking at £57! I'm not comlaining as it was probably our fault for not reading it properly, but perhaps next time we book it could be made a little clearer that its not the main APH?.. kind regards LEsley & STeve

When i arrived at the car park i was running slightly later for my flight. I made staff aware of this & was told the coach would be leaving very soon. I was kept waiting for 50 mins. Even though i went back into the office several times. Each time i was told the driver was coming. When i eventually got to the airport my flight was closed & i had to pay for a flight the next day. When i took my car in it was clean. when i got it back it had mud splashed up the side to roof leave. I fly out of manchester often with my job & have used serveral different parking companys with no problems. I wont be using Q parks again.

We would be prepared to use the same service again. We called as soon as we had cleared customs and got our luggage and had to wait about 20-30 minutes before the bus turned up. There were lots of other buses and it was confusing which bus was actually the right one, they all seemed to say QPark.

Staff are very friendly and helpful especially helping getting the luggage onto the bus. This if the 4th time I have used Ringways and would not hesitate to use this service again. My small moan was about the car being in a large puddle on my return, however, I appreciate there was very adverse weather conditions whilst away on holiday.

we sat on the bus for 20 mins on the outward journey, there was 1 couple on it and they had been there 10 minutes before us. knowing that we faced a 20 minute journey to the airport this was frustrating. on the return however we timed it just right and a bus was at the stand, which left after 5 minutes. The driver was courteous and helpful to all with their luggage.

map provided on how to get there was not very legible.However the booking was easy and straightforward. Staff assistance when we got there was great.We were impressed with the level of security. The transfers were fast and efficient, there was no waiting around.We would use this service again without hesitation.

As self service as it gets.Left to lift and carry cases, no assistance given whatsoever only space left on single decker bus for our luggage was at head height dont know how anyone with any disability or of any significant age would cope.Would never use again under any circumstances .Please note drop off and collection point is at train terminal which is not particularly handy.

Ringway only has 1 phone line! I arrived back from my flight only to spend 40 minutes after clearing customs continually ringing their collections number. When I finally got through they told me that they were directing someone to their site and that is why I couldn't get through. Though they were apologic, I felt that this is likely to be a common occurrence as they do not have a number of lines or indeed a separate phone number for collections. Would not use them again for this reason as over 1 hour for collection is too excessive...

I was disaappointed at the length of time it took to collect us from Terminal 3 and then we had to pick up at the other terminals this meant that from exiting the terminal building to getting to our car took over an hour. In future when i fly from Manchester I will be using a carpark closer to the airport or one that has a more frequent collection service.

I found the service to be generally good. I noticed that on the card given, the text was difficult to read due to parts missing (guess printer setting needed adjusting). Also realising that I needed cash to make phone call on my return was perhaps a small shock. Expected more regular transit from airport.

i felt that the coaches should have set times when they leave. if they have it should be communicated to everyone better, as nobody i spoke to knew. also we were waiting to be picked up for about 40 mins. however i would book agian but a different car park closer to the airport.
