There were lots of people waiting for the coach in the early morning and all got on the coach but no thanks to the driver who sat there and watched everyone (even a lady on her own) board and not once offered to help anyone and was even heard to tutter.

We telephoned and were told that the transfer would be 15mins max., an hour later a bus still didn't arrive. All of our party and probably everyone else waiting have ended up with severe cold and are antibiotics, because of waiting in the cold so long. We didn't even get an apology, I will not be using your facility again.

The cost makes this reasonable value but the car park suface was poor and the puddles meant you and your cases got wet, no big deal but could do without it after a long journey to and from. Only seems to be one bus on route at a time and had to wait for at least half an hour both in and out whilst on the return journey there were several other services that came by on at least two occasions.

Even though I'd entered the wrong return date, without quibble/grumble the staff only kept me waiting for a minimum time before retrieving my car - thanks!

For the price, the level of service and parking facilities was adequate. Its the parking equivalent of a no frills airline. The journey to and from the terminal takes around 20 minutes and this can make the wait upon return seem very long if you've just missed one. I would use the service again though.

The car park is some distance away from Manchester airport, make sure that you keep the directions sent handy. The staff are very helpful both reception & driver who was prepared to stack heavy cases for passengers having difficulty. Make sure that you leave your vehicle in good time before check in as the transfer buses can be very busy, there was the possibility some passengers were going to have to wait when we arrived, though hopefully the site would have laid on extra buses.

Quick, efficient service, polite staff ensured our holiday got off to a good start. After a long flight returning late in the night the service was still efficient however as bad travellers we would have preferred to have been closer to the airport.

It was easy to find my car when I returned, and the staff were very polite and efficient at all times. I did not, however, expect to wait for an hour for transfer on return. As transfers to airport were supposed to be every 20 mins, I assumed that they would collect every 20 mins as a round trip.

Have used them twice in the past and will be using again. Very good value for money and there is plenty of space for your car. I have been to some car parks and they have squashed as many cars in as possiable.

I would recommend Ringway Airpark to anyone wishing to park at Manchester airport. It is easy to find, the staff are efficient and the whole experience is hassle free. Both transfers to and from the airport were comfortable and prompt. The only downside to this airpark is the distance from airport as it took 30 minutes to return from the airport. If you are looking for secure parking and value for money this is definitely the place for you.

The transfer to the airport was very efficient, but the transfer on the way back, after I had called, took over half an hour which is not what you need after a long journey. I wouldn't use this service again, I would pay a little more to have a quicker transfer back.

No complaints whatsoever. The car park was easy to find, the processing in both directions was simple and quick. Great value for money!

I always use the Carrington Park and this was the first time I have not been satisfied. Always in the past, it has been a case of handing the keys over, getting on the bus and going. This time a load of us were kept waiting in the cold (4.15 am) for nearly half an hour. There was an obvious shortage of staff. However, the return journey was handled well.

Good transfers to and from the airport, no problems with the transfers. Quick phone response, bus arrived as promised on our return from holiday. Would use again.

Easy access and far enough out to avoid traffic queues. Helpful staff and quick service.

This is the first occassion i have used airport parking, this was simple to book and rapid e-mail acknowledgement of booking. We were on the transfer coach and en route to the airport within 5 minutes. After exiting the terminal on return the minibus arrived within 20 minutes. On arrival at Ringway, the car was just near the office and again we were en route home within 5 minutes. I have already recommended Ringway to a colleague and will definitely use them next time I use Manchester Airport.

The parking surface on which the cars are stood is old asphalt which when wet tends to splatter up the car when it is driven.

We booked in on a Friday and did not return until early hours the following Saturday. In some operators' view this would constitute nine days. The price we paid was what others were quoting for seven days. The only drawback was distance from the airport but, again, compared to others only added about ten minutes to the transfer.

Our experience was on the whole a very good one and the parking represented good value for money. The only downside was the distance from the airport but we didn't have to wait going and only a very short wait on our return, so the extra time was kept to a minimum.

More easy than attempting to find a parking space at Manchester airport itself during holiday peak periods.
