We arrived at 3am and were buzzed through the barrier upon confirmation of our name. We parked the car in the desginated bay (which was confirmed at the barrier) and walked over to the office. Once in the office, the staff were friendly, they took the keys and gave us the receipt to hand in upon our return. And that was it! We walked across to the terminal and we were off! Upon return, we made the short walk back to the office where a gentleman returned our keys and advised us of the bay our car was parked in. The car was in the exact condition it was when we left with no excess mileage added. It was a very simple process and certainly worth the noney considering how close the car park is to the main terminal. This was our thrid time using the service and we will no doubt use it again in the future!

Left at terminal 2 picked up at terminal 1 did this on the internet when checked in it had not been noted a different terminal pick up. The staff changed this and no problems it was at Terminal 1 on return

Great start to the holiday, parked the car, walked 2 minutes to reception, dropped key off, 5 mins to terminal. Easy! upon return car 2 minutes walk from terminal, car ready in car park! Brilliant, at 1.00am in the morning you just want to get in your car and get home, which is what we did!!! perfect will always use this service.

Have used Meet and Greet at Manchester Airport on several occasions in past two years.Though we could easily get airport parking cheaper,we use the service as there are no delays when dropping off and collecting your car and it is right next to the terminal-in short,a service free of hassles,which is what you want when going on and returning from holiday.We did have a bit of a problem on 30/9/12 in dropping off our car,because the site for Meet and Greet had changed location,but the young lady drove our car to the correct site so that we had plenty of time to catch our flight.Thank you! I always recommend your service.
