Easy to follow instructions - simple to use - no problem picking up car on return

This is a beeter service that the "Meet & Greet" I have previously used. It is much quicker than waiting for the driver to collect and deliver my car.

More expensive than normal airport car parks but if you are in a hurry or have lots of luggage, its worth the extra.

Car had been washed which was an unexpected bonus. Bit of a bottleneck of people when checking-in and collecting the car. Overall we were satisfied.

I have tried all sorts ways to park before my holidays from Hotel and park and long stay with mini bus. By far this is the most stress free and easy way to park at T2 and travel. No bus just walk and check in. Same on return, pick up your keys and go. For a little extra cost, it saves you big time in the long run. Very nice helpful staff, no attitudes! Prompt pick up and drop off. On our return we barely had time to come up on the lift and go to the loo and the car was there! Couldn't be better.

was slghtly later arriving at car park due to traffic but this didnt affect the quick parking of the car. on returning 2 weeks later the car was ready and waiting near where we had parked on arriving this was perfect for us and would definately use this service again.

We were really pleased with the service provided, the service was very good on our arrival and also on our return which particularly pleased us as our flight was delayed by 5 hours.

No waiting for buses that are usually overloaded and not always timely.Departure and arrival just a very short walk,largely under cover.We landed, queued through passport control, collected luggage and were in the car in less than 30 minutes.Very stress free process and cost effective.

Maybe it was me, but the idea of 'meet and greet' wasn't quite what I expected. I arrived at Manchester T2 and parked up at the meet and greet area. I then walked over to the cabin where a person took my car keys. I then walked a short distance (outside) to the T2 entrance. On my return, I walked the short distance again back to the cabin and was given my keys and told where on the ground floor of the multi story car park my car was. The speed of the service is good, but if you've got any ideas of a person waiting to greet you at T2 and then having your car ready for you as you arrive back in Manchester think again. One thing that did concern me was. As I was checking my car into the service in the cabin, two staff arrived with various keys, they literally threw them into a large plastic box of keys behind the counter. I thought at the time, if thats how you're treating everyones keys, how are you going to treat my car when you move it...... On arriving back into Manchester the car seemed to be in the same condition if was left. I intend to use the service again in a couple of weeks, lets see if the experience is any better...might even get a smile from the staff if I'm lucky :-) Bottom line, its a car park that's close to T2.

The best parking experience we have had so far for Manchester Airport. Highly recommend

staff could definately benefit from a course in customer relations, attitude on arrival and departure was surly and uninterested.

Found you immediately on arrival at Terminal 2, car handed over within 5 minutes. Arrived back 1am and were back on the road home within 5 minutes. Excellent service, would definitely use you again. Well done.

wE shall definately use your car park when flying from manchester again. It was so close to the terminal we were able to unload cases and walk across to terminal.

The best place to park yuor car for Terminal 2. Friendly and efficient service at a reasonable price.
