We waited 20 minutes in the car park for the car to be collected even though we had telephoned 15 minutes prior to arriving. We also waited 15/20 minutes when we returned only to be collected by your staff and told that our car would not start and the battery was flat. Subsequently we discovered that the battery was completely dead because your staff had left a light on INSIDE the car. Jump leads fixed it in 2 minutes! Not sure we will use you again although a previous experience was very good.

Arrived at the airport to check in and nobody was there to collect my car. The number given was permanently engaged, and if it wasnt for my Dad being around to wait for the pick-up, I would have missed the flight. Pick up was hassle free, and the guy who delivered it was a pleasant chap. This service apparently is 'stress-free'. I wont be using it again.

This service was brilliant as I was travelling alone late at night. The staff were very helpful and courteous and I would use the service again and recommend it to others.

OK, so the extra security regulations at Manchester have made it more difficult but... Having been told to wait by the terminal on arrival I had to ring the parking service only to be told to take my car into the car park. Then I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the representative to show up to take the car. On return I called as instructed but had to ring a number of times to get through as the number was ringing busy. Then I was told that the driver would be '5 or 6' minutes. The wait in the cold turned out to be over twenty minutes. Not altogether happy with this level of service

Due to a change in regulations by the airport authority, meet and greets were not allowed at Manchester Terminal 3 on the day I dropped the car off. I didn't know this until I called the company to advise that I might be late. Subsequently I had to drive to the top of the short term car park and wait for around 15 minutes for the car to be collected. I then had to make my way to departures, on my own with my bags, which I had hoped to avoid by booking a meet and greet. Upon my return, the car was delivered back to me quickly and just outside the terminal building. If the arrival process had been the same, I would have been delighted with the service.

We arrived at Manchester T1 at 11.20 10 mins early for meet and greet.Waited and made numerous calls,Waited till 45 mins before flight still no meet and greet.Then had to make other arrangements otherwize would have missed flight.Run out of space.

no one there to meet us, when I called they said they were too busy to do meet and greet and could I take my car into another carpark where I would be met by someone else! I was also given the wrong number to call on my return. The whole thing was a shambles from start to finish - not worth £70 at all.

Excellent service. I was delayed in traffic and rang to say I would be late, and they were still their to meet me. On return, I phoned when I cleared customs and they were there within 5 mins. Will use this service again.

Excellent service from everyone I dealt with. Our plane was late landing but one phone call and the car was at the pick-up point in five minutes, as it was cold and wet this was much appreciated.

I was really nervous about driving to the airport, as i had always relied on family to drop me off and pick me up. Decided to take the plunge and go independant! Found every body really helpful, from booking the meet and greet to having my car delivered to me as soon as i rang, an excellent service, which i will use again in the future, thank you to all those helpful human people.
