The service was excellent from the minute we made the first contact with them to the moment that they handed back our car. Both drivers were pleasant and helpful. We had a minimal wait. We would highly recommend them. Cheaper for us than a taxi both ways and only 10 pounds dearer than park and ride. Excellent - well done Q-park!

The relief of being able to drop your car at the airport door and having it delivered to you on your return cannot be underestimated. Never again will I suffer the offsite parking bus!

The return driver was late as there was a mix up over our surname. This added about 10 minutes to the expected return, but would not deter me from using Q-Park Flyaway again.

So much easier than carrying cases on and off buses.

Had to wait 15 minutes for driver to deliver my car upon my return. Other than this, service was good.

We arrived about 25mins before stated departure time (good traffic etc). We rang Carminder and they got someone there as soon as possible, but i still had to wait with the car for around 15 mins. Obviously this was no fault of Carminder, but perhaps a greater degree of flexibilty would be worth thinking about. On arriving back the car was outside in a matter of minutes after clearing Customs. Overall very good & I will definately use again.

Excellent service, I can't fault it at all. Much easier and less hassle than using other airport car parking alternatives; no waiting around for shuttle buses etc.
