Easy to find, lots of spaces available even though I was travelling on friday evening. Had to wait for about 15 mins for the shuttle service to the airport. Flight was delayed by about 3 hours on the way back but did not have to pay extra charges!

No need to look anywhere else for parking if you are flying from T2. Excellent from start to finish.

Great location only a few minutes from the terminal, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the bus to collect us on the day of departure which was a bit of inconvenience as it was freezing cold- but as soon as we were on the bus it was a quick transfer to the terminal. On our return we walked straight out of arrivals and onto the bus which was fantastic as we were on our way straight away- the driver was also very jolly which makes a difference as normally they are miserable. Parking spaces are small, but for the money we paid we can't complain and we will use again!!

Overall pretty good, though it was very busy when we got there (late on the first weekend of a school holiday) and we drove around for ages .. really having a couple of people on duty to direct cusotmers to known spaces would take the stress out of that at peak times. Also, we booked and paid on line, but we have a credit card with a very low creidt limit that we use for internet only stuff and we didn't then have that with us when we travelled .. perhaps a good idea to add a line onto the reminder email you send to ppl to bring the card with them to their holiday? In the event it wasn't a problem not to have the card, but apparently we were supposed to have it. The buses were amazing, as we dropped on to them with no waiting at all, and the return driver was particularly helpful, giving us advice on the M56 closure that was still in force that weekend. I will use again in pref to the other park and rides we've used in the past. Thanks

The car park was easy to find but took ages to find a parking place,alot of cars parked on verges.Bus came after about 10 mins.On our return bus was waiting at bus-stop,the driver busy doing crossword and no interest in us.Waited on bus for about 8 mins,another bus behind us went before us!Found car easy .Would use again but won't expect any help or rapport from your drivers!

Upon returning to my car i had a flat battery. where i had parked i was a good walk from the exits where the help point is.A shuttle bus driver kindly took me to the exit and told me what to do. I contacted the help people and they arranged for the AA to meet me at the entrance. 10 minutes later he turned up it took him 2 mins to fix car and i was on my way. Great staff great car park

On arrival at the transfer bus outside Terminal 2 with four suitcases and two very tired children, the driver, with only one other passenger who was already seated on the bus, left his college that he was talking to, rushed to his divers seat, yelled out of the closing door "No chance", closed the door and drove off, and my husband was left standing there with a suitcase in his hand that he had just removed from the trolley to load on to the bus. Even his college looked surprised at his attitude so I asked for the drivers name but his college just smiled and walked off. I would have pursued it but we were too tired. We then had to wait 15 minuites for the next one.

The car park was easy to find, very close to the airport terminal, well lit, and buses were frequent.

The long stay car park was full and I was redirected to the short stay and parked there at no extra charge

no hassle for us parked the car the bus turned up in no time we kept the car keys did the trip came back the bus was outside arrivals stright to car park and off we went.

This is the first time that we have used the on-site car park, having previously always used off-site long stay car parks. We found the service extremely simple to use and very convenient indeed, particularly with small children. The shuttle bus dropped us right at departures within a couple of minutes on the way there and on our return there was next to no wait at arrivals (time from landing to getting into the car was a total of 35 mins). My only concern would be the number of vehicles parked in unmarked bays, but we had no trouble finding a free space when we arrived - so perhaps we got lucky? On the whole, we would highly recommend this service.

Drive around the carpark and you'll find a spot; some people just seem to park anywhere without doing a full lap. Good bus service, was in the terminal within 15 mins of parking and swift pick up at 4am.

website very easy to use and book, service at long stay very good, credit card acceptted very quickly, easy to park even though very busy. buses were about every 10mins. would use this service again.

When we arrived, we managed to get into the Staff Car Park at Long Stay Terminal 2 as a result of the barriers not working and poor signposting. We only discovered we had done so when we got to the bus, where the driver, seeing that we were not in uniform, told we were in the wrong car park and would have to move our car or have difficulty getting out on our return. On our return we got onto the bus at the bus stop for "Car Park Buses". This resulted in a 30 minute trip round and outside the airport. We visited the Shuttle Car Park, Terminal 3, Terminal 1 and finally returned to Terminal 2. (We were not the only ones to take the scenic tour!). We then got off the bus and from the same bus stop managed to get a bus which took us to Long Stay Terminal 2. It seems to me that they need to sort out the signposting, both in the Car Park and more importantly at Terminal 2, or get bus drivers who are capable of ensuring that their passengers are on the correct bus - or both the signposting and the bus drivers! By contrast, in our week in New York, we never once got lost or got on the wrong Subway. Home Sweet Home?

overall very good although coming back was very full and with cases turned into a bit of a circus for people getting on and off.

Our experience of this car park has bee excellent.Easy to find and right near the terminal. As we parked by the bus stop a bus came straight away and when we returned we walked out of the terminal and there was a bus! Have used it before with excactly the same result,maybe we were lucky but we have recommended it to other people and their experience has been positive.Great value for money and if you book early you can get a bargain.! Also you keep your keys and it feels safe.

I was happy with this car park - it was nearby, quick and easy, plenty of space even on a busy weekend, and the buses were running. I walked as it was literally 5 mins. Price wise, its not bad compared to the others.

Bus journeys ok, could do with more live information like when is the next bus due, route etc. This would take awy the apprehension of the first time I have used this service. But good service worth paying the extra to be near the airport with a quicker arrival and getaway. Clean tidy and polite.
