The directions were very easy to follow. The parking was straightforward.However, on the return trip, on an almost empty bus, although we had lifted our luggage from the racks and were standing to the side of the driver, he failed to stop at our stop. When we, very politely, said we had wanted Stop One he was rude, surly and totally unsympathetic. Not good. Also,the barrier failed to rise to let us out although we had pre-paid and done everything by the book. We had to contact some one who was very helpful.

just a bit of a delay going in and out as we used the external booking service, buses were quick and efficient. i have used two parking services before at manchester , the purple parking was ok, the other was a valet parking that met us there and then brought our car back to terminal. when the guy picked my car up i wasn't happy with the look of him , and whilst still in view he set off at a fair old pace in my expensive car, which i felt was disrespectful

I found it easy to get to from motorway very well sign posted, once in the car park no problem getting a space & the bus service very quick & easy thank you for making stressful times easy. Thank you Mr A Howe

my family and I left are car while we went on a family holiday.I booked this online and it cost £44.I would recommend this to anybody.They was extremely helpful as on are return my battery was flat and after I pressed the help button at the barrier a man came to are rescue after 5 minutes and jump started it to my relief.thanks again x

The car park was better than Jetparks which we used previously. Automated access with debit card used for booking was quick and efficient. Transfers good too.

Easy, no problems. Parked - short walk to bus pick up - dropped off right outside T2 - on return bus was waiting outside Terminal - was back in car and on way home in no time. Would recommend and use again.

Directions spot on. Easy to park up. Saw police regularly driving around so felt safe leaving car there. Quick and easy transfers. Would definitely use this parking facility again.

credit card did not operate so had to ring in and out, I am sure I did everthing right with my credit card at entrance

As said in the summary using your card to verify arrival and departure is very clever but could do with making it more obvious that this is how it works. I am reasonably savvy about these things but not everyone else is and I imagine some people will find it confusing on arrival. More on site signage about the system would have been helpful

As above, the transfers were quick although the first bus driver saw us but didn't wait. There was plenty of room to park, had to wait a minute or two for the operator to answer and open the barrier but that wasn't a problem.

simple to book. no problems getting in or out. frequent shuttle bus to terminal

It was nice to park so close to the airport, the transport was punctual the only problem is you always come back to rain.!!!

Found the service execellent with buses waiting to pick up us up at both ends, no delay and no stress would use this service again.

Booking the parking was straightforward and finding the car park was easy. On arrival parking was easy with plenty of spaces, i particularly liked the debit card entry and exit facility (brilliant idea). When we returned from our holiday we waited a few minutes for the bus and a coule of minutes to reach the car park. We have used most of the car parks at Manchester airport but this one is the best, I will definitely be using long stay parking in the future.

Easy, efficient, what more can you ask for? Oh, and great value for money.

Our cards were used for payment were not accepted at the barrier, but on pressing the "help" button this was quickly sorted. Thanks

We arrived at the car park at 3.50 am it was well posted and good lighting!. Plenty of spaces. We waited 10 mins only for the bus. On the return 2 mins wait. one of the barriers would not accept my booking in card but the other one did so no problem. Will be booking soon for September trip Len Oldfield

T2 long stay parking takes the stress out of holiday travel. Great service, good value for money. Would recommend.
