One strange problem. Our credit card was not accepted when entering or exiting the car park so we had to 'call' for help and read out our booking reference.

Although I arrived in the middle of the night and so there were no staff present, the automated process worked perfectly. Transfer buses were frequent although I decided to walk the short distance to the terminal. On exit it was a simple process of remembering on which card the parking was paid for and entering it at the barrier for immediate exit. Highly recommended.

directions were easy to follow, secure car parking, barriers and security lighting. The transfer buses were frequent so we didn't have to wait long to transfer to the airport. Same applies for the return journey, we didn't have to wait long for a bus (and it was 2.00am.) it was well worth the money, recommended

This was a good no-nonsense efficient service. I booked into the car part and was able to leave my car in a safe place and did not have to worry about it. I would recommend this service and would definately use it again.

I had no problems parking at T2 long stay, found a space straight away and there was a bus waiting to take us to the terminal. No problems with returning either. So no complaints!

not great buses weren't as frequent as advertised, although not used other car parks

We booked this car park because it was on the airport, there are buses running frequently but on the outward journey we walked to the teminal and it was quicker than waiting for the bus as it's so close. The bus was waiting outside the terminal so we just jumped on on our return. The car park is lit very well and we were not concerned at leaving our car there, you keep your keys so no worries that someone may take your car for a joy ride like at some less reputable car parks. Great value for money and I'd definately use it again.

Apparently the instructions issued with the booking were incorrect. Putting one's credit card in the slot doesn't "do the business" with the barriers as they stated - it all has to be done by intercom! This caused a certain amount of confusion to other users as well as me. Otherwise the service was as you would have expected.

quite good overall, no parking spaces available on the customer parking had to use staff parking and bus facility. returning on customer bus early hours in the morning with children, we had to walk to our car in the staff parking area.we prepaid for parking and on leaving put the wrong card in machine and paid again. rang parking services next day and they were very helpful and returned the fees back within the week.
