It was easy. Filled in the online form less that 24 hours before flying. Rang en route as requested, and waited only a few moments before the friendly and courteous Eazy Park staff arrived and took charge of the car. Arrived back a week later and the car was ready when I went to the pick up point, and the staff asked me to check the car over to my satisfaction. No problems, no worries. Why do anything else when the Eazy Park price is so competitive?

Everything worked as we had hoped it would. Straight forward drop off of the car, friendly driver took it away. Coming back a quick call and a 10 minute wait and the car was delivered back to us by another friendly driver. I will use this service again.

Was reluctant to use the meet and great service but had heard good things from a family friend. When we arrived a very plain dressed man was waiting with a clip board and then left. we called the office and said that the man was at the wrong terminal. He later came and explained that he didn;t know it was us as he had the wrong reg. He later later went on to say that they usually had business cards but had ran out. All this was leading me to believe that the operation was a scam. The only thing that lead me to believe it wasn't was the police officer and cameras on the lay bay we were told to pull into. If i was to give constructive feedback to the company it would be to better dress your guys, make the experience more professional, certainly have all the correspondance correct and know how to drive the car you are picking up e.g the guy on the way back pulled up, left off my hand break and the car stated rolling to his reply 'i have never driven one of these before'

After using many different airport car parks this was my first time with Eazy Park Meet and Greet and I can honestly say it will NOT be my last. Everything from booking to collecting my car was simple and the service I received from all staff was excellent. From my previous car parking experiences, my one hate is the wait for my car on arrival in the UK, all you want is to get going home and with Eazy Park there was none of this waiting around and within minutes of collecting my luggage we were in our car on the way home. An excellent service I will always recommend to everybody. Thank you for being part of a brilliant holiday.

When flying in the uk no customs or baggage slight wait 20 min. before car returned.

Everyone most give this a go it was so easy no hassel great experinace no waiting for cabs for us anymore, car brought back in fab condition.

we had 2 cars, called 20 minutes before arrival and they were still 15 minutes late. On return we called as we left customs and they were 25 minutes late. I must add the drivers were very courteous and professional and blamed traffic both ways. i wouls still use them again. Paul.

The staff were friendly and understanding when we were early arriving and late leaving even in the early hours of the morning! Car was returned as it was left, cannot fault the service. Definitely use again

The driver was on time collecting my car and it was returned punctually in the same condition that it left.

This service has worked well for us for the last few years, we find it very efficient.

Meet and greet is much easier than having to go off site and get transport back . Very helpful staff. will use again soon

booked this on the last minute, we was a bit early than our alloted drop off time which they knew but we had to do several circles..so stick to your time slot even though its hard to gauge sometimes how long your journey will take and exactly how far you are twenty minutes away. on return we were through passport control/baggage/customs in minutes, only then are you allowed to ring for them to bring car back so a fifteen minute wait was had, but the weather was ok and it didnt bother me that much.

The service is great value and the staff helpful and friendly but due to the british weather my newly waxed and polished focus got quite mucky. Not normally an issue but frustrating in this case. I would still recommend the service but don't clean your car first,

I Don't know why I have not used this service before! A great start to your holiday as no waiting around for buses, no driving around looking for carparks and knowing that as soon as you have your cases you are on your way home!

I have used this service many times now and it is great value for money but as each month progresses the wait for someone to collect your car appears to get longer. On this journey we phoned the 10-15 mins before arriving in T3 (around 10:00am) and still had to wait 20+ mins for someone to collect the car. Whilst chasing someone the phone call was put through to voicemail on numerous occasions. Perhaps they need more staff? On our return (10:00pm) the wait was only 15 min - which is what you would expect.

I have used Eazypark on several occasions and the value for money and reliability is good, but the car always seems to come back looking fairly dirty, as if it has been driven through alot of dirty puddles!

friendly service and bang on time for the same price as a park and ride service.

The meet & Greet staff on arrival & departure from the Airport were prompt and friendly and helpful.Only down side my car looked as if it had gone through lots of muddy puddles whilst being driven to or from the parking area. Not a complaint but just a slight gripe.

I will use the service again, it was easy and reasonably priced, I prefer this service than parking and having to get a shuttle bus to and from airport!
