They asked us to call 20 mins before we were due to arrive at the terminal so we did. The driver showed up 20 mins after the agreed time making us late for check in and putting us right at the back of a very long queue! The driver did not apologise for being late. On the return leg the car was delivered within about 10 minutes, however the electrics on the dashboard were faulty and the speedometer was broken. I'm not suggesting Eazy car were responsible for this however it would have been nice to be told!

Other than outstanding value for money the service was extremely conveninent. Staff were patient and courteous and I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending EazyPark Meet and Greet to others. The only thing that would have made the experience better is if the staff were clearly idenitifed or better still there was a separate, defined area in which to drop one's car off.

Driver was about quarter of an hour late but it was good he was there waiting for us when we arrived

The driver failed to show up at Manchester Airport which resulted in us having to park our vehicle on airport long stay car park at a cost of £100 for one week. Despite it being 4.30 am the company insisted there was airport traffic congestion, however, no other meet and greet companies experienced any such approach road problems. A 4.30 am pick up was agreed and it was therefore the company's responsibility to ensure their driver arrived on time and it was they/the driver who should have taken potential traffic problems into account and not the customer. Disgusted.

this is the second time I have used this parking and I would definitely use them again. Actually I will be doing in october when I go to France x

Very easy service to use at a reasonable cost which takes all the hassle out of parking .

Such a great way to start and end your holiday without the hassle of parking/shuttle buses, highly recommended.

We had a very early flight and didnt want to be even earlier to park the car. We were met on arrival and walked into the terminal minutes later. The same on our return. Well done, an excellent service, I will definately use you again. Thanks

Easy to book. Received email confirmation instantly. Then on the day just rang the number as directed. Very helpful staff met us exactly where we wanted outside the train station. They will meet you at any terminal you choose normally. Then on our return very quick and friendly re-delivery of our car. Recommended. So much easier than using the car park shuttle buses when travelling with 3 small children, pushchair and luggage. Good value for money.

Phoned ahead and arrived at T3 Manchester. Lots of people around but EPMG man found us just as I was calling him. Return we picked up our bags called EPMG we waited outside less than two minutes, fast and friendly service will use again and highly recommend.

Brilliant value for money, took all the pressure off the transport issues. The drivers are punctual, professional and really friendly. I will always use this service in future and would recommend them to anyone and everyone :-) thank you Eazy Park xxx

much quicker than of air port park and ride car parking. Just drive your car to terminal, hand over your keys to your allocated driver and of you go, no hassle. Also cost the same price as of airport parking.

Instructions and assistance were clearly explained, staff were helpful and polite, dropping off and picking up were without any delay and happened in minutes

Excellent service. Prompt and courteous would definately use them again. Far better and cheaper than park and ride services, no more waiting for buses lugging our cases around on and off transport.

A slight wait for the driver each way, but certainly no more than waiting for a bus, nice to be able to get straight back into your own car.

Just took a little too long delivering the car back, but the drivers were friendly

It was the simplist thing to do, no hassle they arrived to collect our keys and were ther in 20 mins to bring the car back.

We were told to call twenty minutes before our arrival at Manchester airport and it took us several attempts before we managed to get through as all phones were engaged.When we arrived they were thirty minutes late of the time we were told,which made us a little late for our flight.However,we had no problems on our arrival back in England.
