I have used Eazy Park previously and had excelent service. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the driver was 25mins late in collecting my car which resulted in back of the queue at check in and having to sit seperately for a 9 hour flight! I appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can occur which are out of anyone's control, however, when paying specifically for this service it is very disappointing to think that I could have checked in sooner had I chosen park & ride. No compensation was offered.

the dropping off was excellant the lad was great and it took less than two minutes,but the pick up was terrible i was directed through doors past fast food outlets past lifts through double doors past bus stops and wait at the end of the road for ten minutes this was more hide and seek why could i not go to arrivals as i paid for?

only 1 driver delivering cars on return and as we were travelling in a group with 4 cars not great!-we were 3rd and waited about 30mins

highly recommended. Waitin for us on arrivals and departure use again .

I called to let the company know I would be at the airport in half an hour and was informed that I could only call 15 minutes before arrival. I pointed out that I would be driving on the motorway 15 minutes before arrival. We went round in circles until the man on the phone shouted at me that "everyone else manages to call 15 minutes before arrival". In the end I drove to the airport and called once I was there. After this the service was fine, but having paid for a convenient service, I do not appreciate being shouted at. I wont be using this company again.

Friendly staff, just a little delayed on our return due to mud on car being washed off

Used this service several times as usual punctual arrival and collection-even when snowing.Takes all the stress away ,friendly drivers who are polite .There is no better way to start your hols

I had no problems they did what they said. Our return flight was delayed but they adjusted well and we did not have long to wait before they arrived at the airport.

Everything excellent just disappointed interior of car was quite muddy on return but that's a minor issue for me. Happy with the excellent service

The driver picks up your car near the check in, could not get any closer. They were polite, punctual and efficient. The car came back in good order, and again we only had to walk out of the doors. Would definately use again.

The servics was first class. Drop off and Pick Up on time. Wwill defintely use again. Best I have experienced out of the many meet & greet companies I have used. Thank You

My experience of Eazy Park could not be faulted and I would recommend them unreservedly to others.

Easy to book online and staff friendly and punctual. Vehicle was in same condition as when I left it, no additional mileage.

Had to wait 20 minutes at airport for driver,on return car was filthy on outside and muddy floor area(drivers), expected more care taken

I will definitely use this service again. All it took was 2 phone calls. One to say we were 20 mins away and one when we had landed. No waiting around and value for money.

My ratings say it all. Top service which I will use next time I'm flying from Manchester.

telephoning on approach to airport rang the mobile number provided, more than once, but it was engaged. When did get through I had arrived and then was told I should have phoned earlier.Not very welcoming but otherwise the staff and service was good.

Was worried when using a meet and greet after watching watchdog. Never used one before. Found it to be efficient and value for money, would use again.

Despite giving plenty of notice, before arrival we still had to Wait collection of the car for about 20 mins. A total alert time of 40 mins. Not good enough.I was told traffic was to blame,poor excuse. You should plan better.

Man to collect was at meeting point when we arrived. A little grumpy, but it was 6.30am. Car arrived back in reasonable condition- it was wet- the driver said this was because it had got dusty and so they'd washed it- looked like a hosepipe had been sprayed rather than a proper wash but better than nothing all the same. Didn't check the mileage but seemed to use a reasonable amount of petrol so don't know how far away the car was taken. I'd use the service again with this company.
