Booked aph online when looking for an alternate to Manchester airport parking and would use them again in future, great service.

This is the first time I have used APH. Found them to be really efficient and value for money. Had no apprenhension as to whether my car was safe or not, unlike some other car parks in the Manchester area that I wont be using again. Will definately be returning to APH Manchester again. Well done.

Everuthing went very smoothly. I travelled alone but felt secure. All staff were polite, efficient, friendly and helpful. I will use this Car Park again.

We were really pleased with our choice of car park. From initial booking with clear instructions on finding the company to check in, airport transfer and pick up on our return. The car park was very secure. All staff we had contact with were very polite and professional and the drivers insisted on carrying our cases on to the transfer bus. We were never kept waiting and will always use APH from now on. .

Easy to find, easy to book, secure and safe, people were very helpful and friendly, the bus ride was on time and dropped outside of terminal doors. Very relaxing transfer and car parking experience. Would definately recommend

I left a £5 banknote in the ash tray. The money still there when I collected my car! Very impress with the reliability of people in APH!

Everything went smoothly. On arrival got a bus to airport immediately. On return, flight was 2 hours late. Rang APH and a bus arrived within 1 minute to pick us up. Excellent service.

Takes the stress out of parking your car with a well run company that is close to the airport and easy transfers

I've used many airport car parks but APH Manchester is by far the best so far. It was easy to find, we'll sign posted and we just drove straight up to the drop off point which was right outside the large office. Dropping off the keys/signing in was straightforward and there was a bus already waiting when we arrived. We were travelling with two small children and the driver carried our bags on to the bus for us at both the drop off and the pick up. On return, we were told the location of our car, which was no distance really, and advised I could bring the car round outside the office to load up which really made things far more manageable. Overall a very positive experience and I would certainly use this car park again, I don't usually bother with reviews but felt this was one worth making as I was so pleased with my experience.

I missed my plane on the way home and was meant to pick my cad up at 12. I rang the company and they were very helpful and friendly and told me not too panic and just to get my car as soon as I can.

Was very pleased with the way we were looked after without any problems or concerns, would definately use again.

There are extensive roadworks in the vicinity of APH Park - particularly affecting access to the M56 northbound - and diversion signs are not easy to follow. It might be helpful if a notice in the APH office drew attention to slip-road closures while these are in operation.

Impressive services. I had a bit of a hard time finding the place, possibly because I was running a bit late and was a bit anxious, but a bigger sign ahead of the turn might be more helpful.

I offered written instructions on how to deal with my hybrid car but they said they did not need it. Apparently they get loads of those. Never the less the battery ran flat while in their care. They had left one of the doors not properly closed. We waited around for 25 min in the cold to be picked up and then another 7 min. on the coach. When I walked along the aisle to get off, the driver pushed the opposite way to get to the suitcases. He then took one down and slammed the wheels of that suitcase into my leg but could not be bothered to apologize. My son walked behind me and saw that the driver knew what he had done. In pain I muttered "t..." to which the driver made an angry face (according to my son). Still in pain I got my car key and then found out about the battery. What a great ending to a full day of traveling. Thanks to APH!

I found using APH to look after my car very easy to book, directions to the site were clear and the staff friendly on arrival. I had peace of mind whilst I was away. I would certainly use APH again in future.

I recommend using this car park to anyone flying from Manchester and will myself be using these facilities again

everything good. It would be good if you have more bus or smaller buses. It was apparent that that Jet coaches has bus a lot more often, which could be frustrating if you are not with Jet.

A little bit far from the airport but a good bus service. No problems with it.
