Always a great service. We've used it since it was Autostrong in a gated area in Altrincham(?) with a small shed as reception! We always recommend it when people ask where we park for M'Chester airport.

The parking was good but the staff were very miserable. There was no people skills

Transfers to and from the airport were quick and easy and the staff on the front desk were helpful and polite. Great service for the price, would use again. Especially liked the large scales in the office - handy for Ryanair flights!

The booking system is quick and easy as was dropping off and collecting the car. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Transfers were running regularly and we appreciated the assistance with luggage.

This is the first time I have used this parking company so was optimistic due to the small amount I paid for the three days parking. All I can say is that I will be using them again as the whole experience was faultless, I would have no issues in recommending them to others.

From arriving to drop the car off, to returning from my trip nothing was any trouble, fantastic service

Car park was very easy to find, and a well explained direction sheet. dropped car off, handed keys in then forgotten about the car for three weeks. on return we were well impressed as the phone call to the APH Car park was answered within second, and accurate directions for pick up were given, the bus turned up on time and was driven to car park where we were directed to our car, a well planned and friendly running business, thanks to all, will be using again. also one thing we remarked on is that if we had booked the Manchester parks it would have taken us an extra 22mins on top of our journey, the bus took us through a route that only took 7mins max, this makes a big difference when we just travelled over two hour on the motorway. Reasonable price and a reasonable experience. Slightly further out than some others so transfers a bit longer and when arriving back seemed to wait a bit longer than usual for bus to arrive. Car was waiting close to bus stop just had to collect keys. Nothing wrong with service and would use again at the right price.

Spot on - best available price and super-efficient transfers etc. Car ready and waiting when we got back.

What more could you expect from airport parking? Our car was secure. The staff were great and the shuttle service was spot on. Highly recommended.

The carpark is as advertised, except for the frequency of the busses to the airport. Due to severe traffic I was delayed getting to the carpark and both of the transfer busses had "just left". Carpark made me pay £25 to be driven in my own car to the airport 5mins away, through the same traffic. I had no option - but felt ripped off.

The staff were absolutely fantastic both helpful and friendly. Not the closest to the airport but that small inconvenience made up by efficiency and cost saving. Will always try you first

Followed the directions provided by APH which were perfect, had no trouble finding it. Arrived around 3.30am and we were greeted by the friendly staff who processed our booking within 5 minutes. There were several other travellers who got on the bus with us, which stopped at all three terminals. APH advise you to allow for half an hour to get to the terminal which I recommend you to do in case, like us, you are the last to be dropped off! Upon our return, I called the number given to us after we came through customs and we were directed to a bus stop outside. We waited around 10 minutes for the bus, the driver was friendly and helped everyone with their luggage. We picked our keys up, jumped in the car and were on our way home in no time. A professional service from start to finish and excellent value for money, we will definitely be using APH again.

Large buses so had to wait (15mins) both ends for other passengers, otherwise all was ok.
