Friendly staff efficient service and a great price. A fair drive from the airport but the busses run every 15mins so it really doesnt matter.

Pleasant quick service on arrival, dropped the car and the transfer bus was waiting to take me to the terminal. On arrival back rang for collection and told exactly where to meet them and they arrived within 5 minutes......excellent service from start to finish

Left my car at the Manchester depot whilst away for 3 days. Found the service to be very efficient. Even the transfer bus drivers were really friendly and helpful (others I have used can be a bit miserable). Efficient booking in service, transfer and collection. Really hassle free. Will definitely use again.

The staff are very helpful. The location is only a short drive from the airport and the vehicles are secure. Shuttle buses runn regularly. In short, I would definately use again!

I have used many different car parks at Manchester Airport over a forty year period - I used APH for the first time in Jan 2012. They provided a great service for a great price. Easy transfers, well organised and friendly. When u get to a certain age picking heavy suitcases up to put on racks is somewhat difficult. It was all done for me - no fuss and with a smile. Only downside, the driver was an MU fan, everyone needs a sense of humour I suppose!! Many thanks, outstanding. I will be coming back.

Fantastic service, easy to book, directions were easy to follow to get there, we were dealt with very efficiently on arrival and we were collected from the airport very quickly after we telephoned, would definately use them again

This was a very good service at point of contact - but the staff at APH did not have a record of the booking that had been confirmed to us by email, and they had to set up a new booking. We would have liked to have the car valeted while we were away, but because of the mislaid booking there was no time to arrange this.

Have used before 4 years ago could not remember there name so booked elsewere big mistake, Please I fould them again I can now enjoy my holiday knowing my car is in safe hands Thank you APH

Facilities were very impressive and bus drivers were amazingly helpful - in this day and age of H&S gone mad I was really impressed to see them jump up and lift by luggage in and out of the bus. Can't fault you full marks - -I WILL use and recommend you to others. One suggestion maybe better signage to the site as my sat nav took me wrong way. VERY HAPPY - A great start to the holiday

An efficient parking service. Excellent value for the price. I would use again. I was given the incorrect exit code at first. Luckily I was the last car to leave.

Easy to find and access the parking. Checked the car in and was ignored for a while whilst the men on duty went about their business. ( ordering tyres etc... For their own cars!) Driver on our return was a bit grumpy. Overall good value as this was by far the cheapest option so I suppose you get what oh pay for.

I arrived at 4 in the morning, friendly guy on the desk willing to have a joke. Processed in a few seconds, bag taken from me onto the bus. Waited a minute for another customer toy finish checking in and off we go. Stopped at wrong terminal to start with, we both wanted T1. Arrived there a couple of minutes later. On return, I called as requested and was directed to the pickup point outside arrivals. Bus arrived within seconds, he asked if I minded waiting for a few minutes for another passenger and I said it was OK. One couple did get on the bus and it turned out it was the wrong company, driver was very courteous in spite of this and lugged their cases, impressive. Picked up the other couple shortly after and returned to the car park. Check out took seconds and I was off. Very good.

Quick and easy check in and transfer within 15 minutes to airport, removes all the hassle. Collection on return was within five minutes of landing enabling a sppedy return home. Cheaper than a taxi. peace of mind and great value for money.

everything was faultless, our car was ready and waiting for us upon our return. I think that they had even turned the car heating up for us as it was a cold morning

Very easy to book. Email confirmation came straight away. Good instructions to get back to the motorway after picking up the car.

It was easy to find. Very close to the Motorway. The fact that you could see all the cars in their care,as distinct from not knowing where your vehicle was going to be left.Staff were helpful. There was no hanging about waiting on the buses to get to the airport,or to come back.I will use them again,and will have no hesitation in reccommending them.

Easy to find with the directions supplied. Very easy check in and out. Will be using again in 2012 providing the cost is still reasonable.

From start to finish APH has been consistently good on every occasion used.
