Quick and easy booking and pre-paying system. Efficient staff on return for ticket validation. Easy to find at airport. Surface of car park was just gravel where I parked. Clearer lane marking (say up on pole and on floor) would have helped. Otherwise, excellent and efficient. Would certainly use them again.

Found parking space easily, no coaches visible so walked. Only 5 mins walk to terminal. On return ticket validation quick and straightforward. Coach to car park available and quick. I would use this service again.

I don't know why you have to separately ring up to get a VAT receipt even if you book on line. It could / should just be part of the email confirmation that is sent anyway.

The service works just like using the car park normally only it's a lot cheaper! I would like more buses in the car park - the nervous wait not knowing what the queues are like it the terminal can be a bit stressful.

I parked my car at Luton Mid-stay on a Friday, and, when I returned on Monday morning my car window had been smashed. There was a letter to say the incident had been discovered by airport staff at midnight on the Friday but nothing had been done to protect my car from further damange and also it had rained and my car was soaked. The manager in charge was pleasant and promised to refund my money but too little too late. It indicates CCTV presence in the mid-stay but please be aware that there is none.

Overall rate the mid term parking highly for access to airport/security/lighting and transport to and from the car park. I left the airport without having my ticket authorised but on exit I pressed the help button and immediately there was a person to help and get me on my way. I arrived on a very late flight so for me the mid term car parking and helpful staff was very important. Recommend the mid terms parking!!!!

Mid Term is v close to the terminal. Getting the release ticket was simple and fast.The Buses could be more frequent. The Lighting and parking surface is very poor. On balance expensive.

We arrived at 5am. I waited 20 minutes for a coach which when it arrived was full to bursting. When we returned we waited 25 minutes for a coach in the freezing cold with no shelter at the bus stop at arrivals. A very horrid experience on departure and arrival.

Having to visit the office in the airport to "check out" of your car parking space by having your ticket "validated" when you arrive back at Luton Airport is a chore you really could do without after a long flight, especially if there is a queue. This isn't done at Gatwick which uses numberplate recognition technology to read the nuberplate of your vehicle and the whole process of validation is completely automatic.Come on Luton, catch up!

The car park is easily found and is close to the terminal. The buses ran frequently and it only took a couple of minutes to get to the terminal. The surface of the car park was not wonderful. I reversed into the space and the area between my car and the car behind it was overgrown with weeds and thistles that made getting the cases out difficult.

Arrival - Found a space no problem, bus arrived after about 10 mins, at the terminal within 3 mins. Great. Departure - Long queue to get ticket authorised. Bus took 20 mins to arrive! Then it parked below the bus stop so even though we were 2nd people to queue we struggled to get on the bus and still had to leave people behind. Not great. Would consider short term next time to avoid the scrum of getting on the bus with a toddler.

The car park is much improved from its condition 18 months ago. The surface is much better which is a plus for those who find walking a bit difficult. The staff were very helpful up return, when I realised I had left my parking ticket in the car by mistake.

generally all overb great service but found just little pricey with family funds. Customer service good but could be a little more helpful. On return from holiday and getting on to the coach i as dad had to load on 4 main luggage and 3 hand luggage by myself as both kids are too small to help and wife is currently pregnant - no one present offered to help. On a positive note the driver was patient and waited for the family to come out of the terminal on request.

wait for the bus about 15 on return ( instead of 10 as advertised); bus stops too far away from individual parking bays; parking bay numbers (mainly the upper ones) not signed out when dropped of at stop - so you have to remember 2 bays plus correct stop to find your car easily! On the plus side: it didn't rain when we were coming back ;-)

Very easy to book online and good value if you book in advance. The mid term car park is very easily accessible on the approach to the airport and also only a few minutes ride by a regular courtesey bus to the terminal itself. The car park itself would benefit from some upgrading of the tarmac surface and also better sinage and row/space indicators but all in all a good expierience.

In terms of ease of booking and reliability of service, absolutely no problems encountered. Trouble free parking when you absolutely need trouble free parking, so ideal. However, considered £80 for ten days parking to be expensive - far more costly than the flight! Otherwise, no problems and excellent service

Would definitley use again! However, don't leave your window open! On returnign to our car we foudn the vehicle next to us had its rear window wide open. We reported it to an attendant at the exit who told us to go back to reception who just shrugged their shoulders! Next tiem i won't bother mentioning anyhting! Surley it's not too mush to stick soem plastic sheet over an open window as an expression of customer service?

Overall I did find this an easy carpark to find... and to use. I use Gatwick, Heathrow and Stansted much more frequently. This Mid Term parking at Luton was, apart from the poor parking surface and lack of good lighting(it was only just adequate...especially for females travelling alone!) very convenient with helpful staff around! I WOULD use it again!

Security is good. Well lit. Transfer to and from the terminal is fast. It's so close, but wait time for the bus was a bit too long. It is, of course, more expensive than the long term, but worth the extra for short trips because it is so much closer.

The car park was easy to find and parking spaces were abundant. The shuttle busses were frequent to and from the terminal. The terminal was very close by. The return bus top at the terminal building was easy to find but got a bit crowded as it was next to other parking bus stops. Getting to the car park was quick, but finding the car took a little longer. There should be more Markers or colour codes to make it easier. There was someone on hand when we left to help at the barrier, but none was needed.
