i like the fact that i just take a ticket leave my car and then just place the ticket back in the gate to leave. no messing around with cash or card.

Process of booking was simple, print out with address and reference emailed quick. Parking is next to the airport itself, easy enough to walk it. Upon leaving car park all worked like a dream and we were back on our way within 10 minutes of getting out of the airport. Good price, will definitely use again.

Would use service again as frequent traveller good security and peace of mind.Good position , minimum walk to terminal.

I booked online no problem arrived at airport no problem the barrier reconised my reg gave me a ticket no problem, I returned 1 week later went to exit put my ticket in and left no problem.

Easy to find and park and only a very short walk to the terminal, I intend to use every time I fly from Liverpool

Parking very close to the airport, a five minute walk. From getting our bags it took 15 minutes to be on the road home. Easy stuff.

Imagine Parking was a handy parking location with helpful staff and ample parking.

I hate it when you can only book a car parking space miles from the airport, so when i tried gosimply i couldnt believe that i could park across from the terminal for £25, it just finished our holiday on a positive note. THANK YOU GOSIMPLY! You will be my first choice next time.

It was refreshing not to have to go and find a machine, pay, then go find the car. The automatic number plate recognition was great. Thanks

Good experience except for trying to get through the barrier on way out. As it was our first time we expected the ticket to open the barrier without a problem but found we had to press the help button as this didn't happen. It was extremely difficult to hear the person give us instructions as it was a very windy night, so we spent quite a long time trying to make out what he was trying to tell us before we were able to exit. Not an ideal situation - feel the prepaid ticket should just be inserted, recognised and activate the barrier.

Confusing directions, if they directed traffic off the exit on round about it would be better. The NPRS did not work so the barrier did not raise on approach and this added to the confustion. But having said all this was worth the money and would use again.

pulled up to barrier, it recognised the number plate and issued a ticket. Space found quickly and easily. Walked to terminal in 2 mins. No problems. Used this car park loads of times now and always fine

The booking process was simple, the number plate recognition system worked, and we found a parking space close to the entrance. When we got back the card raised the barrier and we were on our way within 25 minutes of landing. No problems at all. The only area for improvement I can see is the walk from the terminal to the car park. It is ill defined, not very well lit, and you have to cross a couple of roadways with no defined crossings. The other problem is that the way up to the departure gates is at the opposite end of the terminal from the car park. It's quite a long walk!

Good value service. We got a shock on leaving when the ticket was placed into the machine and showed a charge to be paid as we have used this service a couple of times before and we did not realise that we now had to have our ticket verified before leaving! we will know for next time.

I entered the wrong dates on the web booking form. When I rang up and said I wanted to extend my stay and pay the extra cost, I was told this was not possible but I could just turn up and pay extra at the normal rate when I got back but they couldn't tell me what the cost of this would be. Cut my losses and booked somewhere else.
