The directions were easy to follow and there was plenty of signs once in the airport complex. This car park is ideal for T4. The coaches were frequent and they did not keep you waiting. Also, your car stays where you park it and you don't have to give your keys to anyone, so you know that no one's going to shuttle you car about, and it won't be damaged.

The car park was really easy to get to. There was a minibus waiting to take us to the airport once we had parked and the driver was really friendly and helped us with our bags. When returning, the bus stop at Heathrow was easy to find. We waited a maximum of 2 minutes for a minibus and the driver was friendly again! I would definitely recommend Park and Fly and would use them again - great value for money!

Would prefer a drop off/pick up zone, a service often provided by much cheaper carparks, instead of having to find a space. Although it was convenient for Terminal 4 with quick transfers, the size of the coaches could cause delays at busier times. It's still expensive even when taking all the positives into account.

Excellent, slightly expensive but worth the little extra for the service. Little or no waiting for buses, Drivers very friendly and helpful. Transfer times to T4 very quick. Only a slight negative that there should be scattered walkways from parking areas through to bus stops. Not much room between parked cars to get luggage. Overall I would definitely recommend Park & Fly and use them again.

The only place to park for hassle free terminal 4 transfers.

Very easy parking. Booked on the internet so just arrived put in credit card, parked and caught transfer bus. On return we were driving home within 10 minutes of walking out of Terminal 4. Slight problem with double charge to credit card - due to the bank replacing my card after I had booked - but sorted out in seconds by helpful car park staff. Significantly cheaper when booked via the internet. Would use again even though £10 more than other off site parking.

Our first experience of using this service was hugely successful and we couldn't recommend Park and Fly enough. We've tried a variety of travel/parking methods when flying but this has been by far the best. It was a little more than we were hoping to pay but it was a small price to pay for such a quick and painless transfer. We were particularly impressed with the speedy transfer to Terminal 4 and in particular the driver who saw us arrive and stopped between bus-stops to enable us to board. Very much appreciated! The whole experience took the strain out of the travelling. Many thanks!
