The coach had 3 steps into it which was almost impossible for my sister who is disabled-it was not mentioned anywhere when booking that coaches were unsuitable for disabled. It said disabled loos available at building but what use if coaches are inaccessible. Waited 30 mins for pick up at airport whilst all the other companies coaches came and went Old coaches belching fumes. Not as close to airport as others we've used. Wouldn't use flying scot again.

The start of a holiday can be stressful enough at the best of times. Getting to the airport on time, baggage to load and unload into the car, making sure nothing is forgotten etc. so to arrive at the car park and receive very good service, quick check in, fast transfer and from the airport was very welcome indeed. No worries using Flying Scot.

I was impressed with the amount of space between the cars. In other airport car parks I have used the cars are jam packed together.

Booked this on go simply day before and when arrived dealt with qickly and efficiently by the desk and bus service to airport immediately. All in all good service and would definately use as worth the money

Punctual and friendly. A bit expensive for 1week.

Check in was straight forward, a bus was ready to leave and we were quickly transferred to the airport. On the return journey, a bus arrived shortly after we called ahead to advise we had collected our cases. Check out was also straight forward. Would use this service again.

The car parking is really easy to find and the mini bus gets to the airport in just a few mins, the staff was really helpful and i felt the car would be well looked after!!! They also offer a valet service. I will be using scotpark again in the future.

Good value and good service for the money it cost me but getting nearer my holiday date i realised that for the 5 people travelling i didnt take into consideration where we were putting the luggage. At this time i tried to book in my daughters car to find out that the price had risen by a good bit. i then had to get a friend to take my 2 daughters to airport with their luggage. I always use flying scott but thought the price was a bit high nearer the time.

I have been using this facility for a number of years and have yet to find anything to complain about.Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Very easy to find the car park and the staff were helpful in amending my booking when I realised I booked the wrong times with only 3 hours to go. Used the car park several times and will be returning in the future.

The staff were very helpful from the start.The driver who came to pick us up from the airport was there waiting for us when we out.Also it was very heavy rain and told us to go straight onto bus and he would get the suitcases all 5,he got very wet not us.Will use service the next time going on holiday. Can't say anything bad about them.

I found staff friendly and the procedure was easy to follow. The website needs updating with more accurate directions though. All in all very pleased.

on leaving the car park to go home we were not too sure of our directiond to join m8 and my husband asked 1 of the drivers who was returning to the airport if we could follow him and he slowed down and waited for us when lights changed could not have been more helpful.we always use flying scot they are the best!!!!

Staff were efficient and friendly. distance to airport was short and bus was easily found and near entrance to airport.

I cannot fault flying scot, the service was excellent, they were waitng at the airport when we returned, although the flight was late.My one bad point, where the car park is situated,it was hard to find and I got lost leaving the car park and trying to get onto the m8,overall a great service

used it twice in last two months with no problems.Everything run smoothly with prompt bus service to and from airport

We were given the wrong phone no to contact on our return. We were given the wrong pick up stance no and when the bus did arrive they boarded 22 passengers on to a 19 seater bus. I have already given this feedback
