The whole process was very easy and convenient - the directions to Courtlands were easy to follow, check-in was fast and only had to wait 2-3 mins to be transfered. On the return journey we only had to wait approx 5mins for the bus and then were in and out of the check-out cabin within just a couple of minutes. The bus drivers both way were pleasant and helpful, the check-in staff not so, however they were by no means rude.

All services provided by Courtlands were excellent and easy to use. No long drawn out form filling and a very quick turn around on arriving and leaving the carpark with no hassle at all. The only drawback I found, is that it is off the beaten track slightly down a dark road and possibly because I was travelling alone and my arrival time back at the car park was early hours of the morning, I noticed this more than most others probably would. All said though, a very good service provided by yourselves.

We found Courtlands really good, the only blip was that on our return they said we were late back but she would let us off with paying more money. When we filled in the booking form it asks your return flight, I put in 5.30a.m. there were delays so we did not reach car park until nearly 7.00a.m. Surely they must allow for delays, my advice is to add a couple of hours onto your landing time.

Our experience of Courtlands car park was extremely good. The courtesy bus to the terminal was on time and the driver even waited a few minutes for us to finish checking the car in so we didn't have to wait for the next one. Just be careful not to drive past and miss the entrance (as we did)as the sign for the car park is right on top of the entrance.

I've used several parking services at Gatwick but Courtlands is one of the better ones, easy to find, quick and efficient service and a secure car park. My car was waiting for me on my return to the UK and the airport transfer took less than 5 minutes. I would recommend their service to anyone, especially as the price is second to none. Great!

I found the service at Courtlands good but I was diappointed with directions to find it and the fact that it is located so close to the airport (the reason I chose it)yet entry and exit to the carpark is so far away and difficult to find it you are unfamiliar with the area. For this reason alone I would not be using the carpark again. In addition, with heavy cases the transfer drivers did not help to load and unload them! A kind passenger put down his young baby to help us!

Might have been hard to find without a passenger to guide me, but now I've done it reasonably straightforward. Everything we were promised close to airport. efficient service. Car ready close to reception even though I changed the return date. And it was the cheapest as well. Will certainly recomend it and use it again, as will my passenger who recomended a competitor.

Really easy to find, and very quick and effective process - park your car, hand your key in and go. On way back, collect key - and go, as they park your car up in an accessible area for collection! Compound looks very secure - all for very reasonable price!

All male staff we encountered were very helpful especially when we returned as my wife was in plaster due to an injurty sustained abroad.The ladies on duty the night we arrived after an awful journey were less helpful unfortunately and totally unsympathetic to our mistake over the north/south transfer issue.

It can hardly be called off-airport parking because it is so close. Coaches ran to time and check in was painless.

I found everyone very helpful. The buses were there and not long after that we arrived home. I would use your company again.

I've used Courtland parking facilities before and always found them, helpfull, professional & polite, I'm in business myself and unfortunatley find it rare to find proffessional people and businesses who do it right and "do it right first time" good on you guys. Mick bailey

Coaches arrived to and from the airport on time, the transfer is all of about 3 mins. Very easy to find. Helpful staff, I will definitely use Courtlands again. Great value for money.

Using Courtlands made the holiday experience that much easier. Easy to find, easy to use (just park and go), close to the airport, 5 minutes wait out and only 10 minutes coming back. Only disappointing thing was they hadn't cleaned or filled my car with petrol, well you can't have everything I suppose.

Staff were very friendly and efficient and the frequency of buses to and from the terminal was very good even in the very early hours of the morning. I would certainly use the service again. Great value for money.

Courtlands was the cheapest parking that came up on my search, I booked it straight away. It was very easy to find and check in was very quick indeed, as was the transfer, Courtlands is literally a walk from the South Terminal, we arrived to the car park and were at our check in desk within 30mins - excellent. The car was waiting for us upon return - fantastic.

On return to my car I found a grease mark on the driver's seat and the microphone to my hands free mobile kit broken off. This must have been done by car park staff and they didn't mention it. Not major damage admittedly, but inconvenient and a little disappointing that the staff didn't even acknowledge they had caused damage. Otherwise, a really good car park experience.

Parking was easy to find and perfect for transfer time. No frills bus but then you dont need it, as no sooner you are on then off. Not much waiting around. Basic but efficient office, staff might be a bit more cheerful, after all most people who park their car there are going on their hols, but all in all no complaints and would use again as have used in the past, if they show as the cheapest when booking via internet as this is how we book. Although we went away in July and did not use Courtlands as they were not the cheapest on that occasion.

This carpark was easy to find, easy to park, easy to transfer to terminal and easy to get back again. My daughter was quite sick on our journey out and the coach driver was lovely, waiting till she was able to get on board. Waited just 10 mins for coach to go back to car park. Journey each way is only matter of 3 mins at the most! Easy to find car to go home and got booster start really quickly. Will definately use again!!

My experience went nice and smoothly. Buses were on time, staff were helpful.
