It didn't take much research to find that it would be cheaper and quicker to take the car to Gatwick rather than use public transport. It was an even better decision when our return flight was delayed. We could have been stranded for hours in the early morning at Victoria waiting for the Underground to start up.Drop off,pick up and transfer were quick and easy. Pity the car had been left in gear though, there could have been a nasty accident if I hadn't realised.

I feel it would help if a map was included with the directions, showing the exit from the motorway to be a different one from the airport exit. Many people use "SatNav" (as I did) and these will take you to the wrong side of Courtlands (so near yet so far away!)

From my limited research Courtlands seemed to be the best value. Much nearer Gatwick airport than I'd anticipated. Excellent directions sent in advance. No bureaucracy or waiting once there. Delightful coach driver - he really seemed to be happy in his work - we were collected immediately on our return.

The transfer was very quick which is important rather than having to sit on a bus for 20 minutes which happens when you use some of the off site carparks. The staff were friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our transfer back when we arrived at the airport. I would use Courtlands parking again.

The service provided by Courtlands was excellent. The staff were all very courteous and knew what they were doing! From checking in to getting on the coach was less than 5 minutes and we arrived at the airport in about 2 minutes. On our return trip we waited just 10 minutes and had the coach to ourselves. On arrival back at Courtlands, retrieving our car was a very quick and eficient process and within 5 minutes we were on our way home. I would certainly use Courtlands again and would recommend them to all.

I would definitely use this airport parking facility again if I am flying from Gatwick south terminal. We flew out and arrived back early morning, and at this time we experienced no queuing, minimal waiting time for transfer coaches, and I was really impressed how close we were to the terminal. Highly Recommended A*

It was a quick and efficient service car was ready in easy location on return from journey have used service twice now and would definatley use again. Great if you have children because once in the car they go straight to sleep rather than have to worry about catching trains etc.

I seemed to wait along time for a coach on return, this is not a fair comment but it would be useful to have a time table perhaps printed on your card. On exit from the park caused delay as I was not advised I had to hand over pass out slip and had to find it.

Good directions given on website and very easy to find. Very easy to follow the signs in the actual car park and to leave the car. Efficient, no waiting, very frequent coaches. Quite literally within spitting distance of the terminal! Completely stress free experience.

On arrival we were guided to the reception area to drop the keys, this took a few minutes, a bus was waiting to take us to the terminal. On our return, we waited 10 minutes for the bus and got to our car very quickly considering it was in the rush hour. I would strongly recommend this Car Parking Company and it was the cheapest.

Overall I think that the car park does offer a good service, very quick to process the car and get you to the terminal so thank you. However, since my car was damaged in the car park and I tried to report this the staff member I dealt with was rude and very unhelpful. We shall see what the outcome is, hopefully the other staff members are much nicer!! However would probably still recommend it to a friend.

We have used Courtlands for years and have been pleased with them but this time we were unaware that we couldn't get to North terminal on the tranfer coach. This was particulary difficult as we had our 84 year old mother with us who needs wheelchair assistance. Also the car was damaged but hopefully this will soon be sorted out. The staff are helpful and friendly

Very quick service at check in on departure and return. Exceptional transfer time from car park to terminal. A covered area immediatley adjacent to (outside) reception would be great we arrived in the rain and us and the luggage got wet whilst going through check in process albeit pretty quick. Good facilities toilets drinks machine etc.

had no problems. Minimal wait for transfer bus, and car was parked very close to bus drop off point on our return. 2nd time we have used Courtlands, and have been happy with the service both times. Only problems with poor directions and difficulty getting back on motorway on return journney

This was the first time I have used airport parking and I thought the service and set up was spot on. The service was very efficient, from dropping the car off to been transfered to the airport must have taken all of 15 minutes, and it took even less time on our return!

Perhaps because of our date and time of arrival at the car park (Saturday afternoon), I thought the staff at reception was not very friendly and not enough staff was working to cope with the flow of customers. This situation created a queue of customers.

Arrived at 3 a.m. to be told that car park was overbooked and I was sent to zone b of parking express. Kept ticket from machine and made my own way to bus stop. On return got courtlands bus back to car park but then had to walk over to parking express and explain what had happened and was made to fill out a form. I then had to walk to zone b some 2-3 hundred yards to locate my car and then drive back to courtlands to pick up wife and luggage.

Reasonably easy to find, although returning to M23 a bit of a tour. Worked out well each way with transfers as coach was about to leave on each occasion. Not sure if the 20 mins schedule would be sufficient/acceptable otherwise. Generally though a efficient service.

Found the place easily from directions. Car checked in quickly and efforlessly. Bus arrived within a few minutes. On the way back, bus arrived within 10mins. Car was waiting in a nearby bay and was in the same condition we left it in. A wash service would have been nice.

Arrived around 8am, after handing over the keys we jumped straight on the waiting bus, after reading other reviews I was unsure how far we were from the airport but I was pleasently surprised as it only seemed to take a couple of mintues! On our return we landed about half midnight but there was a bus waiting - we experienced no problems at all
